OD178388/2022-2023:Supply ,loading, conveyance ,unloading and installing of 30 kVA Diesel Generator set completed with integral acoustic enclosure as per existing CPCB II norms and as per technical details given below 1. Engine a) Make of Engine - Cummins/ Kirlosker/Volvo/Catterpiller b) Type of Engine - Diesel Engine c) No. of Cylinders- 4. d) Method of Cooling – Liquid cooled with radiator. e) Aspiration -Turbo charged, charge air cooled. f) Design - Suitable for generating set operating. g) Output- As per manufactures standards. 2. Standard accessories with Diesel Engine. a) Fly wheel to suit flexible coupling b) Close Coupling c) Air cleaner d) Radiator with fan provided with fan guard. e) Fuel Pump f) Mechanical governor g) Fuel filter h) Exhaust silencer i) Exhaust Muffler j) Lubricating oil filter. k) Battery Charger/Generator 3. Engine Instrument Panel with the following items a) Starting switch with key or button. b) Lubricating oil pressure gauge. c) Water temperature gauge. d) RPM Indicator with hour meter. e) Battery charging Ammeter. 4. Safety Controls for Engine. a) Trip for low lubricating oil pressure. b) Trip for high water temperature. 5.Fuel pipe: Oil resistance flexible hoses of 20mm dia or nearest size MS pipe as per manufacturer's standard, 6 Brush less Alternator a) Make - Stamford/Kirlosker/crompton b) Type - Self exited and self-regulated, brush less c) Capacity – 30 KVA/ 24 K W @ 0.8PF d) System of Voltage - 3 phase, 415 V, 4 wire system. e) Speed - 1500 rpm f) Voltage regulation band - +/-2.5% of rated voltage g) Frequency - 50 Hz h) Insulation - Class -F/H .The Alternator should confirm to IS 4722. Operation and service manual, spares and tools shall be provided. . 7.Fuel Tank Suitable size built in type integrated with the acoustic enclosure. Fuel connection shall be done as per standards.7. Battery. Suitable size built in type integrated battery with leads and terminals of appropriate AH capacity as per Manufactures requirement. 8. Automatic Battery charger. Push button switch for ON/OFF - 1 set. Metallic DNB - 1No Solid state phase indication lamp for supply ON/OFF with HRC protection Supply of HSD for load test run, The standard Electric control panel integrated with acoustic enclosure comprising of the following. a) 63-80A,30/35KA,4Pole MCCB having adjustable setting, b) Digital Multi function meter with accuracy class 1 to read parameters such as KW, KVA, PF, voltage, Current Frequency, Running hour counter etc: c) Digital type single function KWH meter with accuracy class 1, d) LED type phase indication Lamp for indicating the presence of supply on all phases,10.Exhaust Piping Exhaust Piping shall be vent to the top of the nearest tallest building if required . If the pipe cannot be clamped/fixed to the building or any other structure of permanent nature necessary fabricated structures using channel section or angle iron sections of adequate mechanical strength, duly painted with 2 coats of Heat retardant aluminium paint shall be provided for the support of the exhaust pipe. (Additional piping will be measured excluding the standard length of pipe supplied by the manufacturer.) Load test as per standard shall be conducted at OEM unit/factory or test facility and shall be witnessed by department Engineer & OEM/ contractor representative. OEM recommended two year maintenance of the DG set shall be conducted from the date of commissioning. consumables and spares for the above maintenance shall be contractor responsibility. ) Initial inspection and testing shall be carried out at the factory/manufacturer premises/site in presence of a departmental representative. The successful tenderer shall give notice of a minimum of two weeks for carrying out the such test. The successful tenderer shall arrange staff and fuel for the test run at his cost.

90.14.5:Supply and fabrication conveyance and installation of angle iron frame work for wall mounting panel board

14.1:Excavation for foundation in soft soil including dressing of sides and ramming of bottoms, lift upto 1.5 m including getting out the excavated soil and disposal of surplus excavated soil as directed, within a lead of 50 metres.

14.10:Providing and laying in position reinforced cement concrete 1 :2:4 (1 cement : 2 coarse sand : 4 graded stone aggregate 20 mm nominal size) in foundation of pump, DG set etc. including form work etc. as required (excluding reinforcement).

OD48250/2023-2024:Supply and providing Class B MS pipe with all required specials fasteners supports etc. complete of size 50 mm dia to extend the exhaust pipe of generator as required .

OD39251/2023-2024:Supply and providing Class B MS pipe with all required specials fasteners supports etc. complete of size 80mm dia to extend the exhaust pipe of generator as required .

OD39258/2023-2024: CLADDING FOR EXHAUST SYSTEM Supply and providing cladding for the 75mmdia/nearest size exhaust pipe of the DG set by warpping 50mm mineral wool around the pipe,fixing it firmly with in the pipe using chicken mesh, applying over all coating to the system using 0.40mm thick aluminium sheet and make it air tight to ensure sound and thermal proof to the system

5.4:Earthing with G.I. earth plate 600 mm X 600 mm X 6 mm thick including accessories, and providing masonry enclosure with cover plate having locking arrangement and watering pipe of 2.7 metre long etc. with charcoal/ coke and salt as required.

90.16.3.9:Supply and clamping the following size of strips on surface of wall/ parapet/ existing cable tray using clamps fabricated from 20 X 3 mm GI flat duly painted or heavy duty GI spacer saddles spacing of clamps not exceeding 1 m, making good the damages, colour washing etc. as required ( for horizontal run)25 x 3 mm copper strip

90.16.1.5:Supply and drawing bare earthing conductors of the following sizes along with wiring/ cables and giving connection as required4.75 mm copper conductor (6 SWG)
