REPAIR REPLACEMENT AND CLEANING OF SEWAGE LINE MANHOLES FROM SEWAGE WELL TO STP AT ARMY AREA JODHPUR

M&L Cutting and grubbing of bushes grass and tree surrounding manholes,Gully trap, bend, wall pipe,overhead tank and sewage line alignment etc and levelling of ground around the manholes,sewage line and finish the surface of wall and removing the waste material to a distance exc 50m and n exc 500m and clean the site. Note :- (i) All TP (like JCB or else) and equipment’s are required for clearance of site and safety shall be arranged and made available by the cntractor. (ii) All safety measures for workmen to do work shall be provided by the contractor. (iii) Any other existing govt assets(Like electric cables,water plipeline storm water drain boundary walls etc) are damages during the site clerance/excavation contractor should be repair at same time without any delay and nothing shall be paid extra on this account. (iv) Contractor (bidder) shall note understand that the rate quoted by him & in r/o of site clerance items shall be deemed included in quated rate and no extra on this account is admissible.

Cleaning of manholes complete of any size and at any location incl taking out sludge and other material deposited in manhole and its disposal to a distance n exc. 50 M all as directed by Engr-in-Charge for depth of manholes as given below:- (a) Depth of manhole exc 2.00 M

Cleaning/Removal of sewage block in the existing line incl cleaning of complete line laid at any depth and at any location between two consecutive manholes/gully trap for the following :- (a) Two consecutive manhole or gully trap to manhole incl testing the pipe by pouring water from manhole all as directed to the entire satisfaction of Engr-in-Charge for 300mm bore SGSW/RCC pipe . Note:- (A) Cleaning of main sewarage line of all area should be clean throw munciple corporation jet spray machine during the contract. (B) Subsidary sewage line blockage not clear throw bambus it should be done throw extandable iron roads. (C) Electrical operated easy rooter power drain cleaner machine must be used for clear of drain blockafge or roots cleaning in case roors of trees are found in drain pipes.

Demolition of stone masonry built in cement mortar all as specified and directed.

M&L squared rubble walling brought upto courses, well bonded, bedded and solidly hearted built in CM 1:6

M&L squared rubble stone masonry, brought upto course, Jodhpur type, curved on plain to a mean radius not exceeding 6m, well bonded, bedded and solidly hearted in walling built in cement mortat (1:6) complete all as specified.

All as per above but except stone in CM 1:6

Extra over stone walling for hammer dressing to face stone & dressing of face beds & joints as specified of squared rubble walling jodhpur type brought upto courses with maximum depression of face from straight edge held against the dressed surface n exc 20mm.

M&L 15 mm thick rendering in cement mortar 1:4 on stone masonry surface (Internally) of walls mixed with WPC, as per manufacturer’s direction and finished the surface even and smooth without using extra cement.

Taking down cement plaster on stone walls including raking out joints, hacking for key, scrubbing down with water etc.

M&L15 mm thick rendering in cement mortar 1:6 on stone masonry external surface of walls finished the surface even and smooth without using extra cement.

M&L preparation of new plastered or unplastered surfaces and applying three coat of white wash on walls complete all as specified and as directed.

Supply only integral water proofing compound (ISI marked).

M&L PCC 1:4:8 type D2 using 40mm graded stone aggregate in foundation filling and mass concrete .

M&L PCC 1:2:4 using 20 mm graded crushed stone agg as in surface channel/drain and benching of manholes complete all as specified.

M&L PCC 1:3:6 type C-1 using 20mm graded crushed stone agg as in coping of manhole including necessary form work complete all as directed.

Extra for forming fair finished drain or channel 30 cm inner girth in cement concrete using extra cement including forms, moulds, mitred/stopped ends etc complete all as directed.

S&F precast steel fibre reinforced concrete (HD-20) manhole cover slab with frame of dia 560 conforming to IS-12592 (Pt I & II) complete all as specified and directed

Excavation in trenches n exc 1.50 Mtr wide and n exc 1.50 Mtr in depth, getting out any type of soil for foundation laying of pipe etc complete all as directed.

All as Item No 19.00 above but exc 1.5 Mtr but not exc 3.00 mtr deep

Returning , filling in soil (any type) incl spreading levelling, watering and well ramming in layers not exceeding 25 cm thick all as directed.

Removing surplus excavated soil where directed at a level not exceeding 1.5 Mtr above the starting point all as directed.

Demolition and breaking up RCC/Salt glazed stoneware drain pipe set & jointed in cement mortar laid in trenches 300mm bore of pipe complete all as directed.

M&L RCC NP2 pipe 300 mm bore laid in trenches over existing bed and jointed complete with coller fixed and jointed in cement mortar and tested completed all as directed.

M&L PCC1:3:6 type C-2 for 300 mm dia concrete bed to drain pipes including packing under,and haunching against the sides of pipes after they are laid and tested

Dismantling wrought iron or mild steel work of any description not otherwise provided for.

S&F framed work such as grills gratings etc. with ends of bars shouldered and or riveted or forged ito spikes; framed guard bars; barred iron door; ladders; framed balusters ; walking ways railing framework of water tank and similar work con-forming to Fe 290 Gde E-165

M&L preparation of new steel surfaces and apply two coats of synthetic enamel paint over a coat of red oxide primer over 10 cm in width or girth of surfaces complete all as specified and directed.

M&L preparation of old decorated surface of wall and including cornices plastered or unplastered surfaces by brooming down or steel wire brushing to remove all loose scales, and foreign materials scarping down , smoke soot moulds , moss and efflorescent salts treating oil and greasy spots and M&L applying one coat of white wash , all as specified and as directed by Engr-in-Charge.

M&L PCC 1:4:8 type D-2, (using 40 mm graded stone aggregate),75 mm thick, as in sub base for floor, finished even and rough complete all as specified and directed.

M&L 60 mm thick, machine made ,1st quality grade M-35, precast cement concrete rubber moulded coloured interlocking paver blocks / tiles , of triangular / Zigzag / Haxagone/ I , in shape or shap and designe as approved, with grey cement and pigment, conforming to IS specifications , laid over and including a layer of 25 mm thick sand cushion(Tibba sand) including filling the joints with sand , as in floors/ paths/ pavings etc, complete all as specified in and directed.

M&L as in repair factory made precast machine pressed kerb stones of PCC grade Type B-1 (1:2:4 ) using 20 mm graded aagregate and of shape and size as directed, set jointed and pointed CM (1:4) with and including necessary excavation and earth work and making good the disturb surfaces to match with the exixting surfaces including removal and disposal of rubbish complete all as specified and directed.

M&L PCC 1:3:6 type C-1, (using 20mm graded stone aggregate) as in plinth protection, 50 mm thick, finishing the surface even and smooth without using extra cement including forming & filling expension joints 65 mm deep x 10 mm wide filled with sealing compound grade A complete all as specified and directed.

Dismantling floor, hearth or wall tiling of any description and in any position including cement mortar bedding (but not backing) complete all as specified and directed.

M&L non skid ceramic Coloured tiles, 300mmx300mmx7mm thick, in floors etc. set and jointed in neat cement slurry and pointed in coloured cement to match with the colour of tiles, over and including 15 mm thick screed bed or bedding layer of CM 1:6 complete all as specified and directed.

M&L glazed ceramic tiles, coloured tiles, 200mm x 300mm x 7mm thick on vertical faces ie. as in skirting/dado etc set & jointed in neat cement slurry and pointed in white or coloured cement to match the colour of tiles fix over and including 10 mm thick backing coat in CM (1:4) complete all as specified and directed.

Racking out joints/pointing to square rubble masonry Jodhpur type regular coursed built in cement mortar all as specified

M&L keyed pointing to stone masonary in CM (1:4) complete as specified as directed.

Taking down carefully cement concrete spalled out concrete from RCC roof projections, ceilings ,sunsheds, beams, landings, walls etc upto cover depth by chipping out lightly including necessary scafolding etc complete.

S&F GI chicken wire mesh of 0.71 mm dia wire & 12 mm mesh size fixed with nails & screws around RCC roof projections, ceilings ,sunsheds, beams, landings, walls etc complete all as directed.

M&L 15mm thick rendering with Ist layer of 10 mm thick rendering in CM (1:3) and 2nd (top) layer of 5 mm thick rendering in CM (1:6) and top layer mixed with water proofing compound as per manufacurer's instruction & finished even and smooth without using extra cement.

M&L preparation of new plastered or pointed surface of walls and applying two coat of cement base paint over a coat of cement primer including watering and curing of surface adeqautely before and after application of cement base paint.
