ROOF TREATMENT IN KV NO 1 AF STN HALWARA UNDER GE (AF) HALWARA

Demolition of Brickwork or stone boulders masonary, built in cement mortar or cement lime mortar including all quoins, arches, pillars, etc but excluding ashlars facing, dressed stone work and pre-cast concrete articles and rubbish materials remove from site complete all as specified and directed by Engr-in-Charge.

Material and Labour for Brick work with sub class ‘B’ brick, straight or curved as plan exc 6m mean radius built in cement mortar 1:6 complete all as specified and directed by Engr-in-Charge.

Material and labour for rendering 15mm thick plaster on external surfaces of brick or concrete wall surfaces in two layers (First layer of 10mm thick in cement mortar 1:6 and second layer of 5mm thick in CM 1:4) with WPC finished even and fair without using extra cement complete all as specified and directed by Engr-in-Charge. (WPC mixed with second layer shall be measured and paid seperately under relevent item of BoQ)

Material & Labour for applying Two or more coats of 100% Premium acrylic emulsion paint having VOC less than 50 gm/litre and UV resistance as per IS 15489:2004, Alkali & fungal resistance, dirt reistance exterior paint of required shade (Company Depot Tinted) with silicon additives @1.43 litre/ 10 sqm over and including priming coat of exterior primer applied @0.90 litre/ 10 sqm over new surfaces complete all as specified and directed by Engr-in-Charge.

Taking up or down 20 mm dia steel tubing and connections including cleaning for re-fixing or removal complete all as specified and directed by Engr-in-Charge.

Supply and fixing in repair for Chlorinated Polyethylene Chloride (CPVC) pipes 20 mm outside dia, SDR-11, having thermal stability for hot and cold water supply including all SDR-11 CPVC plain and brass threaded fittings (such as Bends, Elbows, Tees, Short Pieces, Connectors, Back - Nuts Caps, Plugs, Unions, Flange (core) & flange (ring), reduction Tee, reducing socket, Male & female threaded socket, tank connector etc) pipe line fixing / laying on walls, ceilings or in floors etc. with suitable size MS clamp of spacing 1.00 mtr complete all as specified and directed by Engr-in-Charge.

Taking down eaves gutters and rainwater pipes (any size or pattern), including all fittings, heads, shoes, bends, swan-necks, etc, including cleaning or refixing or removal (measured overall as fixed along the centre line over fitting and accessories) complete all as specified and directed by Engr-in-Charge.

Supply and fixing in repairs PVC (SWR) pipes single socketed, in any length with rubber ring joints, step clamps, 110mm dia, fixed to walls/floor/trenches etc complete all as specified and directed by Engr-in-Charge.

Supply and fixing in repairs PVC (SWR) Bend 110mm bore (dia), any radius with Access Door , complete all as specified and as directed by Engr-in-Charge.

Supply and fixing in repairs PVC (SWR) junction double, (Single T) equal or unequal 110mm bore (dia), any radius with Access Door, complete all as specified and as directed by Engr-in-Charge.
