Schedule 'A'

Dismantling floor, hearth or wall tiling including cement mortar bedding (but not backing), removing serviceable tiles to store and rubbish off the premises complete all as specified and as directed.

M&L for joint free non skid ceramic coloured tiles of design as approved by GE 7 to 8 mm thick area of each tile exceeding 0.18 sqm but not exceeding 0.38 sqm on vertical surfaces such as dado/skirting/risers to step etc set and jointed in neat cement slurry and pointed in white or coloured cement to match with the shade of tiles including 10mm thick screed bed in CM 1:4 complete all as specified and directed.

Dismantling of wall and ceiling boards (fibre, pulp, insulation etc) or insulation boards / slabs/ blankets any thickness including old unserviceable snap grid , cover fillets etc. complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for non Asbestos ,fibre reinforced standard cement board as in ceiling ,4mm thick designer board (610mm x 610mm ) including hot dip GI heavy duty suspended ceiling grid system T-2420 all as specified and as directed

All as per item No.05 here-in-above but made out of 6mm thick gypsum ceiling board complete all as specified and as directed.

Demolition of brick work or stone/boulder masonry built in cement mortar including all quoins, arches, pillars etc complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for Fly ash Brick work using old size bricks with sub class 'B' bricks curved on plan with mean radius not exc 6m with bricks roughly cut to radius or bricks with wedge shaped joints built in cement mortar 1:6 complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for Brick work using Fly ash bricks with sub class 'B' bricks straight or curved on plan with mean radius half bricks roughly cut to radius or bricks with wedge shaped joints built in cement mortar 1:4 complete all as specified and directed.

Demolition of cement concrete (reinforced) in ground floor and paving n exc 15cm thick (below or above ground level) and removing of rubbish to a distance n exc 50m complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for Precast cement concrete 1:2:4 type B1 using 20 mm graded stone aggregate as in landings, cover slab (for manholes etc) and similar work including necessary form work and set in CM 1:4 complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for mild steel TMT bars 6 to 8mm dia, cut to length bent to shape required incl cranking, bending spirally for hooping for columns, hooking ends and binding with and incl mild steel wire annealed, not less than 0.9mm dia or securing with clips quality conforming complete all as specified and as directed.

Mild Steel TMT bar 5mm dia and over upto and including 10mm dia as in stirrups, spacers & binders cut to length bent to shape required including cranking, bending spirally for hoping for columns hooking ends and binding with & including Mild Steel wire (annealed) not less than 0.9mm dia or securing with clips complete all as specified and directed.

Dismantling of plain or corrugated steel sheeting, any gauge, thickness, including Nainital or similar pattern roof coverings complete all as specified and directed.

S & F pre painted galvalume aluminium zinc coating GI based corrugated steel sheet 0.50 mm thick of any colour having tensile strength 550 Mpa as in roof covering/cladding/ eaves board fixed with selp tapping screw complete all as specified and directed.

Dismantling timber scantlings 40 sqcm and over in section as in framed work in any position complete all as specified and directed.

M & L for 2nd CLASS hard wood (SAL) in scantlings clean swan in framed work as in rafter purlins etc. complete all as specified and directed.

Dismantling wrought iron or mild steel work of any description not otherwise specifically provided for complete all as specified and as directed.

S&F steel work in tubular trusses including special shaped washer etc complete using ERW or induction butt welded tubes conforming to IS 1161-1979 grade St -240 and painted one shop coat of zinc chromate primer paint including preparation of surface at contractor workshop before fabrication complete all as specified and directed.

S&F MS steel Hollow section Square/rectangular as in roof truss ,purlin,rail etc etc complete using ERW or induction butt welded tubes conforming to IS 1161-1979 grade St -240 and painted one shop coat of zinc chromate primer paint including preparation of surface at contractor workshop before fabrication complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for preparation of old or previously treated steel surface of any description, not otherwise described over 10 cm width or girth and applying two coats of synthetic enamel paint complete all as specified and as directed.

Taking down cement plaster on wall and ceiling of any description including racking out joints, hacking for key scrubbing down with water etc complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for rendering 15 mm thick in CM 1:6 on fair faces of brick or concrete surface of wall and finished even and fair with out using extra cement complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for external rendering 20 mm thick in two layer, first layer shall be of 10 mm thick CM 1:6 and second layer of finishing coat shall be 10 mm thick in CM 1:4 mixed with WPC @3% by weight of cement on brick work or concrete surfaces of wall and finished even and fair complete all as specified and directed. Note-WPC shall be measured and paid separately.

Supply only integral water proofing compound complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for applying two coats of acrylic distemper on newly plastered wall surface including preparation of surface over a coat of 1mm thick wall care putty complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for preparation of new plastered surface of walls and applying two coats exterior emulsion paint 100% acrylic over a coat of acrylic emulsion primer, white or any tinted as in including washing floors, cleaning glass joinery electrical fittings, wiring etc. of drops and splashes complete all as specified and directed.

Demolition of reed, lathing, single or double, including battens and plaster or chicken wire lathing complete all as specified and directed.

M & L for rendering 20mm thick in CM 1:6 on one side of lathing finished even and smooth without using extra cement complete all as specified and directed.

M & L for rendering 20mm thick in CM 1:6 on other side of lathing finished even and smooth without using extra cement complete all as specified and directed.

S & F GI wire netting 0.90mm dia and 12mm mesh lathing to wood or metal studding ,joists,etc. In wall ,ceiling ,stanchions ,beams ,etc .including all laps,cutting and waste complete all as specified and as specified.

M&L for PCC 1:2:4 type B-1 using 20 mm graded stone aggregate as in floor finishes 40 mm thick laid in panels & finished even and smooth using extra cement complete all as specified and directed. Note-Glass dividing strips of required size shall be measured & paid separately

Supply only 38mm wide & 3mm thick glass dividing strips complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for PCC 1:3:6 type C2 using 40mm graded stone aggregate, 75mm thick in plinth protection laid in panels and finished even and smooth without using extra cement including necessary form work complete all as specified and directed. Note : Joints 12mm wide to the full depth of PCC shall be provided at every 3 meters and at every change of direction and shall be filled with mixture of bitumen and sand 1:3 by weight. Cost of this provision shall be deemed to be included in the quoted rate for concrete in plinth protection.

Dismanling of stone slab and tiles of any description or any thickness not otherwise specifically provided for complete all as specified and as directed.

M&L for Machine cut kota stone slab flooring mirror finished 20-25 mm thick (each slab size not less than 0.25 sqm) laid and jointed with grey cement slurry mixed with pigment to match the shade of the slab including rubbing and polishing over and including cement screed bed 20 mm thick in cement mortar (1:6), complete all as specified and as directed.

M&L for Machine kota stone slab 20 to 25mm thick in riser or steps, skirting, dado and pillar laid over 10 mm thick rendering cement mortar (1:4) and jointed with grey cement slurry mixed with pigment to match the shade of the slab including rubbing and polishing complete all as specified and as directed.

S & F in repairs 5mm thick printed colour PVC sheet in strips & channel feathered at the edges for fixing on solid PVC Wall Lining , insulated PVC Wall lining ,and solid PVC Partitions inclusive of solvent cement and fixing at site complete all as specified and as directed.
