and the application of theme-based artistic wall painting on roadside

compound walls and other structures, Surface preparation in valves

removing loose particles, dust, grease, and old paying using wire

brushes, sandpaper, and high-pressure water jetting. Any cracks or

uneven surfaces shall be filled with an approved exterior-grade putty

and leveld for a smooth finish. A weather-resistant, anti-fungal primer

shall be applied to enhance adhesion and durability. The painting shall
