Specific experience of the consultants related Assignment (Atleast two similar Hospital nature of work Such as preparation of plans & estimates of buildings including services such as plumbing, internal electrification, fire fighting, HVAC etc., and Architectural, Structural and other services Drawings (Minimum Project cost of Value each Rs. 2500.00 Lakhs) The completion certificate should have been issued by not below the rank of Executive Engineer of Government, Semi Government or Autonomous bodies of State or Central Government. Master plan, Overall Building Design Approach, Study of surrounding developments, Building Design and elevation, Environment study of storm water and sewage disposal as per NBC & IPHS Norms.
