13.6 Construction of R.C.C. railing of M 25 grade in cast-in-situ with 20 mm nominal size aggregate, true to line and grade, tolerance of vertical railing post not to exceed 1 in 500, centre-to-centre spacing between vertical posts not to exceed 2000 mm as per drawing and technical specifications Clauses 800, 900 and 1208.3

13.5 Providing and laying cement concrete wearing course M 30 grade including reinforcement complete as per drawing and technical specifications Clauses 800 and 1206.3

10.7 Painting on Concrete/Steel Surfaces with Epoxy Painting two coats including prime coat with epoxy paint of approved brand on concrete/steel surfaces after through cleaning of surface to give an even shade as per drawing and Technical Specification Clause 1701

Ring Bund, Bailing out & Dowel Bars

60.1.1 RING BUND Type-I-Putting up ring bund as per approved shape 2.5m bottom width, 1m top width using empty gunny/polythene bags filled with earth placed in 2 rows at 0.6m apart and filled in between with puddle clay to form bund for an average height 2.00m including labour dismantling the bund after completion of the work etc. complete.

60.2.3 Bailing out water using pump above 5 HP and Up to 10 HP-Bailing out water with engine and pump set above 5HP and up to 10HP, including conveyance to site and erection,cost of fuel, lubrication oil and other stores, pay of staff etc complete

60.6 PVC WEEP HOLES- Providing weep holes using 75mm dia. PVC pipes working pressure 4kg /sq.cm including cost of materials, conveyance, labour charges etc. complete.

51.2.3 Filling with Quarry Muck Filling up low lying and water logged areas with local material/ quarry muck, spreading in layers, leveling the top at site and consolidation by ramming, etc complete for improving the CBR value of subgrade

3.4 Construction of Embankment with Material Obtained from Borrow Pits Construction of embankment with approved material obtained from borrow pits with a lift upto 1.5 m, transporting to site, spreading, grading to required slope and compacting to meet requirement of Tables 300.1 and 300.2 with a lead upto 1000 m as per Technical Specification Clause 301.5

3.2 Preparation of Foundation for Embankment Scarifying Existing Bituminous Surface to a Depth of 150 mm by Mechanical Means Scarifying the existing bituminous road surface to a depth of 150 mm and disposal of scarified material with a lift upto 3 m and lead upto 1000 m as per Technical Specification Clause 301.4.
