Clearing and grubbing road land including uprooting rank vegetation, grass, bushes, shrubs, saplings and trees girth up to 300 mm, removal of stumps of trees cut earlier and disposal of unserviceable materials and stacking of serviceable material to be used or auctioned, including removal and disposal of top organic soil not exceeding 150 mm in thickness - By Manual Means - In area of light jungle.

Cutting of branches of trees shrubs and trimming of grass And weeds - Cutting of branches of trees and shrubs from the road way or with in R.O.W including disposal of wood and leaves to suitable location as per technical specification

Scarifying the existing bituminous road surface to a depth of 50mm and disposal of scarified material by Mechanical Means using Hydraulic excavator with in all lifts and lead.

Demolishing cement concrete manually/ by mechanical means including disposal of material to the appropriate disposal area as per direction of Engineer-in-charge. Note: The dismantled steel bars shall be taken away by the Contractor and the cost of salvage materials shall be deducted from the bills against Item No. 26

Demolishing stone rubble masonry manually/by mechanical means including stacking of serviceable material and disposal of unserviceable material to the appropriate disposal area as per direction of Engineer in-charge-In cement mortar.

Filling approved earth (excluding rock) in trenches, plinth, sides of foundation sand other similar works etc. in layers not exceeding 20cm in depth, consolidating each deposited Layer by ramming and watering, lead upto 50m and lift upto 1.5 m

Providing and Filling in foundation with granite/ trap broken metal 100mm. and down size & with approved sand Including hand packing, ramming, watering, including cost of all materials and labour with all lead and lift complete as per specifications

Providing and laying in position Cement Concrete (M10) for levelling course for all works in foundation. The granite/trap/basalt crushed graded coarse aggregate sand fine aggregates as per relevant IS Codes machine mixed, laid in layers not exceeding 150 mm thickness, well compacted using plate vibrators, including all lead & lifts, cost of all materials of quality, labour, Usage charges of machinery, curing, and all the other appurtenances required to complete the work as per technical specifications. Mix 1:3:6 Using 20mm nominal size graded crushed coarse aggregates-Including the Formwork Charges

Providing and constructing laterite size stone masonry Including cost and conveyance of all materials curing etc complete as per specification I.S. 3620/1979 having compressive strength not less than 3.5N/mm2 for saturated dry samples - For Basement in CM 1:6

Providing and laying in position Cement Concrete for all Foundation works. The granite/trap/basalt crushed graded Coarse aggregate sand fine aggregates as per relevant IS Codes machine mixed with super plasticizers laid in finished layers, well compacted using needle vibrators, including all lead & lifts, cost of all materials, quality confirming to the requirements of relevant IS codes, labour, Usage charges of machinery, curing and all the other appurtenances required to complete the work as per technical specifications. M25 Design Mix Using 20mm nominal size graded crushed coarse aggregates - Including the Formwork Charges - For RCC Raft and Slabs

Providing and laying in position Cement Concrete for all Foundation works. Supplying, fitting and placing TMT FE 550 / 550D Steel Reinforcement including cost of all materials, machinery, labour, cleaning, straightening, cutting, bending, hooking, lapping /welding joints, tying with binding wire/soft annealed steel wire and other ancillary operations complete as per drawing and technical specification. All other type of structures.

Construction of Granular Sub-Base of required grading as per design mixing in a mechanical mix plant at OMC, carriage of mixed Material to work site, spreading in uniform layers on prepared surface and compacting with vibratory Power roller to achieve the desired density, complete as per clause 401- For Grading -V Material

Construction of dry lean cement concrete sub base over a prepared sub-grade with coarse and fine aggregate conforming to IS:383, the size of coarse aggregate not exceeding 25 mm, aggregate cement ratio not to exceed 15:1, aggregate gradation after blending to be as per specifications, cement content not to be less than 150 Kg/cum, optimum moisture content to be determined during trial length construction, concrete strength not to be less than 10 Mpa at 7 days, mixed in a batching plant, transported to site, for all leads & lifts, laid with a mechanical paver, compacting with 8-10 tonne vibratory roller, finishing and curing

Construction of M40 grade un-reinforced, dowel jointed, plain cement concrete pavement over a prepared sub base with Cement at 420 kg/m3, coarse and fine aggregate conforming to IS 383:2016, maximum size of coarse aggregate not exceeding 25 mm, mixed in a batching and mixing plant as per approved mix design transported to site, laid , spread, compacted and finished in a continuous operation using needle and screed vibrators including provision of, contraction, expansion, construction and longitudinal joints, joint filler, separation membrane groove cutting, sealant primer, joint sealant, dowel bar, tie rod, admixtures as approved, curing, finishing to lines and grades as per drawing -OPC @ 420Kg/m3

Manufacturing, supplying and laying factory made CC block Pavers for road surface of level crossings to RDSO Drg. No. M. 00003, manufactured using 20mm size graded hard stone aggregates of approved quality over a well compacted Sand bedding 50 thick with all contractor's cement, labour, tools/plant and curing with all lead & lift as per specifications and as directed by Engineer in-charge-120mm thick blocks of M-40 grade for heavy traffic.

Providing and laying 60mm thick factory-made precast M -30 grade Cement Concrete Paver Block as per IRC SP 63:2018 & IS 15658 for Cycle Tracks & Pedestrian Footpaths of approved shape and colour, laid in required pattern and including over 30mm thick compacted bed of 6mm down size metal chips (average thickness) filling the joints with fine sand etc. all complete as per the direction of Engineer in charge.

Removing & Resetting existing Heavy-Duty Cobble / Interlocking tones /Pavers of thickness 60/75/80/100mm using Cement and 40mm thick sand bed (average thickness) and compacting with plate vibrator to achieve final desired compaction & setting of paver to its final level, including cost of materials, labour and usage charges of machinery complete as per specifications. (The cost of new paver/stones required shall be added separately)

Providing 20mm cement plaster of mix: 1:6 (1cement: 6 fine sand) to brick /stone masonry including rounding off corners wherever required smooth rendering, providing and removing scaffolding, including cost of materials, labour, curing complete as per specifications and as per directions of Engineer-in charge.

Providing weepholes in Brick masonry/Plain/ Reinforced Concrete abutment, wingwall/ return wall with 100mm dia AC pipe, extending through the full width of the structure with slope of 1V:20H towards drawing foce. Complete as per drawing and Technical Specifications

Providing and fixing of retro- reflectorized cautionary, mandatory and informatory sign as per IRC:67:2012 made of Class B Type IV retro reflective sheeting fixed over 2 mm hick aluminium sheeting vide clause 803.1, 3mm/4mm thick Aluminium composite material sheet depending on the size of the sign fixed over the back support frame of min 25 x 25 x3mm angle mounted on a mild steel circular pipe 65 NB, 3.2 mm thickness firmly fixed to the ground by means of properly designed foundation with M25 grade cement concrete 45 cm x 45 cm x 60 cm, 60 cm below ground level as per approved drawing. The sign shall be maintained as per section 12 of IRC:67:2012 - 90 cm equilateral triangle

Providing and fixing of retro- reflectorized cautionary, mandatory and informatory sign as per IRC:67:2012 made of Class B Type IV retro reflective sheeting fixed over 2 mm hick aluminium sheeting vide clause 803.1, 3mm/4mm thick Aluminium composite material sheet depending on the size of the sign fixed over the back support frame of min 25 x 25 x3mm angle mounted on a mild steel circular pipe 65 NB, 3.2 mm thickness firmly fixed to the ground by means of properly designed foundation with M25 grade cement concrete 45 cm x 45 cm x 60 cm, 60 cm below ground level as per approved drawing. The sign shall be maintained as per section 12 of IRC:67: 2012 - 90 cm circular

Providing and erecting direction and place identification retro reflectorized sign as per IRC:67:2022 made of high intensity grade sheeting vide clause 801.3, fixed over aluminium sheeting, 2mmthick or Aluminium composite material sheet with overall thickness of 4mm with area not exceeding 0.9 m2 fixed over back support frame of min 35x 35x3mm angle mounted on a mild steel circular pipe 65 NB, firmly fixed to the ground by means of properly designed foundation with M25 grade cement concrete 45x 45x60cm, 60cm below ground level as per approved drawing

Credit for Taking away the dismantled stones. (The amount will be deducted from the Contractor's bill).

Credit for Taking away dismantled steel bars from Concrete Kerb wall and traffic islands. (The amount will be deducted from the Contractor's bill)
