Setting up German Hanger Tent, stage with backdrop and LED wall, ceiling and stage decorations, lighting, professional sound and PA system, seating arrangements, and protocol-compliant barricading for the VVIP Visit at Agatti Island, Lakshadweep

Providing material and labour for setting up of German Hanger Structure of extruded structural aluminium 6261 T6 grade/ Industrial grade & connectors and fitters of fabricated electro galvanized steel. the fabric to be used for covering roof and sides of the tent shall be standard PVC(Ferrari 502 or superior fabric which is fire and water repellant). Ceiling of the tent area to be covered with white and colorful cloth including the decoration of stage and public seating area montonously. the entire set up is to be dismantled after completion of the event as directed by the engineer in charge. Rate shall be inclusive of hiring/procurement including all activities like transportation,loading, unloading,handling,carriage,lead loft etc. The area approximated to cover shall be 60 meters in length with german hanger tent of span 25meters with proportional apex height and eve height of 4.5 Meters, each bay to be seperated by not more than 5 meters.(Hire Charges for one complete event). NOTE-for measurment purpose only the clear dimensions from post to post shall be taken, not the roof area. Providing Material & labour for setting up of stage indimension 10mX6m and 1.20m level from ground level with necessary framing work by using prefabricated structures and MS/GI pipe of sufficient dia and cross member bracing etc , ensuring proper stability. There shall be steps with stainless steel/MS/GI hand railing on either sides of the stage including a ramp also with handrails designed in such a way that it does not hinder access from the stage in any manner. The stage preparation and decoration shall be inclusive of laying red carpet premium make and finish in the stairs/steps and ramp also and fresh flowers of different colors and kind on the front side of the stage etc Hire Charges including dismantling the same after completionof the event, as directedby the Engineer-in-chargeetc. complete, includingGST,other taxes,all transportation,carriage, lead, lift,etc.complete(Hire Charges for one complete event). Providing single or double seater sofa in wooden framework or leather sofa in a premium look and good finishes/color &labour for arranging the sofas in designated locations as specified by engineer in charge on Hire Charges including removing the same after completion of the event, as directed by the Engineer-in-charge etc. complete, including GST, other taxes, all transportation, carriage, lead, lift, etc. complete (Hire Charges for one complete event). Providing high resolution LED Wall (21’x12’) (not less than P3.9) on the stage and labour for installing the LED wall with necessary framing work, mounting stand / Stage of appropriate height as required, including all necessary electrical connections, cable, switches, safety switches, AV Modules etc on Hire Charges including dismantling the same after completion of the event, as directed by the Engineer-in- charge etc. complete, including GST, other taxes, all transportation, carriage, lead, lift, etc. complete.All other equipment and accessories for supporting above system for event are also to be arranged by the contractor (Hire Charges for one complete event). Providing professional sound system (for speech)- 20000 Watts line array speaker system with all accessories (BRANDS-MONTARBO/RCF/JBL/BOSE) Minimum requirement as listed under i. Line Array Top Speakers 16 Nos ii. Dual Subwoofers 04 Nos iii. Centre-Fill Top Speakers 04 Nos iv. Stage Monitors 04 Nos v. Digital Sound Console 01 Nos vi. Gooseneck podium mic 04 Nos including the podium lighting All other equipment and accessories for supporting above system for event like Amplifiers, Audio Recorder, Cordless & Cord microphones, Cables and connecters, stands, ect. with experienced sound engineer and helpers shall be arranged by the contractor including necessary fixture, stand of height as required, including all necessary electrical connections, cable, switches, safety switches, Modules/Mixtures, controllers etc on Hire Charges including dismantling the same after completion of the event, as directed by the Engineer-in-charge etc. complete, including GST, other taxes, all transportation, carriage, lead, lift, etc. complete (Hire Charges for one complete event).
