Demolishing brick work manually/ by mechanical means including stacking of serviceable material and disposal of unserviceable material within 50 metres lead as per direction of Manager-in-charge.

Demolishing P.C.C./ RCC work manually/ by mechanical means including disposal of unserviceable material within 50 metres lead as per direction of Manager - in- charge.

Earthwork in excavation in foundation trenches or drains, over areas including dressing of sides and ramming of bottom lift upto 3.0 m including getting cut the excavated soil and disposal of surplus excavated soil and as directed within a lead of 200m in hard /Dense soil/ soft rock as directed by M-I-C. (pumping of subsoil water or water from any source will be done as per requirement, no extra payment will be done for this)

Providing and laying plain cement concrete excluding cost of shuttering in CC 1:4:8 (1 cement: 4 Coarse sand : 8 course aggregate 40mm nominal size) for pavement, floor concrete, plinth protection etc (Cement will be provided free of cost by NALCO at its main store) as directed by M-I-C

Providing and laying plain cement concrete excluding cost of shuttering in CC 1:2:4 (01 cement: 2 Coarse sand : 4 course aggregate 20mm nominal size) for pavement, floor concrete, plinth protection etc (Cement will be provided free of cost by NALCO at its store) as directed by MIC

Providing and fixing centering and shuttering propping, bracing etc keeping the same in position during concrete & removing the same after specified period is over for any height as per the instruction of M-I-C.

Brickwork using Cement based FLY ASH bricks (available inside plant) for super structure in CM 1:6 (1 cement: 6 coarse sand) complete as per direction of M-I-C (Cement & bricks will be issued free of cost for brickwork)

Steel work in built up tubular (round, square or rectangular hollow tubes etc.) trusses etc., including cutting, hoisting, fixing in position including welding and bolted with special shaped washers etc. complete as directed by MIC.

Fabrication & erection of miscellaneous steel structure made out of M.S.joist, angles, channels, flats, plates rods, chequred plate, pipes rails etc.including the cost of all transportation, cost of welding, bolting, consumables, Labour, tools, hoisting arrangement, cutting grooves/ holes for proper allignment and making joints with old structure etc.including cleaning the surface etc. all complete at any elevation as per the specifications and direction of the Manager-in-charge. (Structural steel will be issued as free of cost at nalco store)

Providing 15mm thick cement plaster with CM 1:6 (1 Cement : 6 Fine sand) with own material except cement (Cement will be provided free of cost by NALCO at its main store) as directed by MIC

Providing 12mm thick cement plaster with CM 1:6(1 Cement : 6 Fine sand) with own material except cement (Cement will be provided free of cost at NALCO store) as directed by MIC

Supplying and applying two or more coats of exterior emulsion paint APEX ULTIMA of asian paint/ weather coat all guard of berger/ weather shield max of ICI paints of approved shade including one coat of exterior primer of same brand over existing surface including scaffolding, cleaning complete for all height as per the specification and direction of MIC. (Steel sections to be supplied by the agency)

Finishing with Epoxy paint (two or more coats) on steel work at all locations prepared and applied as per manufacturer's specifications including appropriate priming coat, preparation of surface, etc. complete as directed by MIC

Removal of old barbed wire/ chain link fencing from existing angle iron posts, RCC post making workable rolls and stacking carefully as per the direction of Engineer-in-charge.

Dismantling of steel works in built up section including dismembering and stacking within 50M lead in joist channel angle, tee and flats, gusset plate, nuts, cutting rivets, welding etc. complete as per direction of EIC. (Dismantled materials will be hand over to Nalco store)

Providing and fixing colour anodised aluminium grill (anodised transparent or dyed to required shade according to IS: 1868 with minimum anodic coating of grade AC 15) of approved design/pattern, with approved standard section and fixed to the existing window (Casement or Sliding) frame with C.P. brass/ stainless steel screws @ 200 mm centre to centre, including cutting the grill to proper opening size for fixing and operation of handles and fixing approved anodised aluminium standard section around the opening, all complete as per requirement and direction of Engineer-in-charge. (Only weight of grill to be measured for payment).
