Dismentling unframed timber scantlings 40 sq. cm and over in section, in any position, complete all as specified and as directed by Engineer-in-Charge.

M&L for Mild steel work in tubularaqngle/channel/Tees ceiling frames works, vetical posts rafts/purlins etc including special shaped washer, angle cleats, fish plates, gusset plates, base/ bearing plates, bolts and nuts etc. complete using ERW or induction butt welded tubes conforming to 1161-1979 grade st 240, complete all as specified and as directed by Engineer-in-Charge.

M&L in repairs for galvanised, corrugated mild steel sheeting with two corrugations side lap, fixed with L-type or J-type or cranked hook bolts in lieu of screws , in roofs, walls etc. with grade of zinc coating 275, complete all as specified and as directed by Engineer-in-Charge.

M&L for preparation of new steel surfaces of any description over 10cm in width or girth not otherwise described and applying 2 coats of Synthetic enamel paint over ansd incl a coat of red oxide primer, complete all as specified and as directed by Engineer-in-Charge.

S&F plain fillets squre,rectangular or triangular in section clean sawn secured with nails of 2nd class hard wood sectional area exc 13 and not Exc 25 Sqcm, complete all as specified and as directed by Engineer-in-Charge.

M & L for preparing new or previously untreated of wooden and applying two coats of synthetic enamel paint over incl a coat of pink primer over 10 cm in width or girth, complete all as specified and as directed by Engineer-in-Charge.

Dismantling wall and ceiling board,of any description, complete all as specified and as directed by Engineer-in-Charge.

M&L for 12 mm thick prelaminated particle board interior grade, prelaminated one side with decorative choice lamination and other side balancing white lamination, fixed with screws to frame work as in ceiling/Walls, complete all as specified and directed by Engr-in-Charge. Note:-( The rates are include to taking down and refixing electrical fitting and fixture proparly in working condition)

S & F hollow PVC panel joint type (with core, tongue) of 4 to 6 mm thick termite resistance, in approved colour golssy finish fixed with screws. Nails or adhesive on wooden/ metal battens fixed on wall, complete all as specified and directed by Engr-in-Charge.

Demolition of exisiting damaged stone /Brick /Concrete/ Block masonary built in cement mortar including all quoins, arches, pillars etc, complete all as specified and as directed by Engineer-in-Charge.

M&L for abour for random rubble stone masonary, uncoursed well bounded, bedded and soilidly hearted in cement mortar (1:4), completed all specified and directed by Engineer-in-Charge.

Taking down plaster from brick/stone walls, including raking out joints, hacking for key, scrubbing down with water etc, complete all as specified and directed by Eng-in-Charge.

M&L for rendering 15mm thick plaster on brick work or concrete/ stone masonary wall surfaces using CM 1:4 and surface finished even and smooth(Without using extra cement), complete all as specified and as directed by Engineer-in-Charge.

M&L for rendering 15 mm thickon brick work or concrete/ stone masonary wall surfaces cement mortar (1:6) on fair faces of stone masonary wall , complete all as specified and directed by Eng-in-Charge.

M&L for two coats of oil bound distemper on walls on newly plastered surfaces over and incl 1 mm thickness wall care putty including preparation of surfaces by brooming or by steel wire brushing, complete all as specified and as directed by Engineer-in-Charge.

M&L for preparation of newly plastered wall surfaces and applying two coasts of cement base paint over and incl a coat of alkali resistent primer, on plastered surfaces, complete all as specified and as directed by Engineer-in-Charge.

Dismantling floor, hearth or wall tiling including cement mortar bedding(but not backing), removing serviceable tiles to store and rubbish off the permises, complete all as specified and directed by Engineer-In- Charge

M&L 25 mm thick PCC type B-0, (1:2:4) using 12.5mm graded stone aggregate as in levelling course for flooring, complete all as specified and as directed by Engineer-in-Charge.

M&L for coloured Non - skid Ceramic tiles 7 to 8 mm thick (square/ rectangular) area of each tile exce 0.11 sqm but not exceeding 0.18 sqm, in floors etc. set and jointed in neat cement slurry and pointed in white or coloured cement to match over and including 20mm thick screed bed in cement mortar 1:4, complete all as specified and as directed by Engineer-in-Charge.

M&L for Glazed ceramic tiles in vertical surface 450x300x7-8mm thick set and jointed in neat cement slurry and pointed in white or colour cement to match over and including 10 mm thick backing of cement mortar in 1:3, complete all as specified and as directed by Engineer-in-Charge.

M&L for PCC 1:2:4 type B1 (using 20 mm graded stone aggregates) as in lintels upto 1.5m clear span, cills, steps; seismic and other similar parapets and railings, copings, kneelers, apex stones, bed plates, slightly rounded or chamfered angles and throating, as directe incuding necessary formwork required including in repair, complete all as specified and as directed by Engineer-in-Charge.

Repair to aluminium door/window including taking down, replacement of unserviceable hinging device, handles, making them in serviceable condition and re-fixing in same opening, complete all as specified and directed by Engr-in-charge.

Taking down chowkets or frames exc 1.5 sqm but n.exc 4 sqm each and without taking off shutter from frame, complete all as specified and directed by Engr-in-charge.

M&L for resecuring or easing the Chowkhats or frames exc 1.5 sq. m but n exc 4 sq. m each with out taking down the frame from opening, complete all as specified and directed by Engr-in-charge.

M&L for resecuring or easing the shutter n exc 1 sq. m each with out taking down the shutter from frame, complete all as specified and directed by Engr-in-charge.
