SCHEDULE 'A' PART-I :- Excavation in trenches n.exc 1.5 metre wide and n.exc 1.5 metre deep and getting out in any type of soil, all as specified.

Returning filling in including spreading leveling, watering and well ramming in layers n. exc 25cm, all as specified.

Removal of excavated material to be distance n.exc 50 metres and depositing where directed at a level n.exc 1.5m high from the starting point, all as specified.

Taking up or down steel tubing/GI/CI pipes with connection from trenches, ceilings, floors walls etc including cleaning for refixing or removing from site complete with all fittings (such as sockets, bends, elbows, unions, tees, diminishing pieces, caps and plug, Tee, short pieces etc) for 15mm dia pipe complete all as specified and directed.

All as per Srl item No 4 above but for 20mm dia pipe.

All as per Srl item No 4 above but for 25mm dia pipe.

All as per Srl item No 4 above but for 40mm dia pipe.

All as per Srl item No 4 above but for 50mm dia pipe.

Refixing old steel tubing/ CI pipes with all fittings (such as sockets, bends, elbows, unions, tees, diminishing pieces, caps and plug, Tee, short pieces, connectors back nuts etc) for 15mm dia pipe, complete all as specified and directed. Note:- Serviceable pipe obtained from srl Item No 04 shall be reused.

Refixing old steel tubing/ CI pipes with all fittings (such as sockets, bends, elbows, unions, tees, diminishing pieces, caps and plug, Tee, short pieces, connectors back nuts etc) for 20mm dia pipe, complete all as specified and directed. Note:- Serviceable pipe obtained from srl Item No 05 shall be reused.

Refixing old steel tubing/ CI pipes with all fittings (such as sockets, bends, elbows, unions, tees, diminishing pieces, caps and plug, Tee, short pieces, connectors back nuts etc) for 25mm dia pipe, complete all as specified and directed. Note:- Serviceable pipe obtained from srl Item No 06 shall be reused.

Refixing old steel tubing/ CI pipes with all fittings (such as sockets, bends, elbows, unions, tees, diminishing pieces, caps and plug, Tee, short pieces, connectors back nuts etc) for 40mm dia pipe, complete all as specified and directed. Note:- Serviceable pipe obtained from srl Item No 07 shall be reused.

Refixing old steel tubing/ CI pipes with all fittings (such as sockets, bends, elbows, unions, tees, diminishing pieces, caps and plug, Tee, short pieces, connectors back nuts etc) for 50mm dia pipe, complete all as specified and directed. Note:- Serviceable pipe obtained from srl Item No 08 shall be reused.

Refixing old steel tubing/ CI pipes with all fittings (such as sockets, bends, elbows, unions, tees, diminishing pieces, caps and plug, Tee, short pieces, connectors back nuts etc) for 80mm dia pipe, complete all as specified and directed. Note:- Serviceable pipe obtained from srl Item No 09 shall be reused.

M&L Mild steel galvanized iron water tubing 15mm bore with screwed & socket joints, medium grade, in short lengths, with and including all fittings, such as sockets, bends, elbows, unions, tees, diminishing pieces, connectors back nuts, caps and plug etc. Fixed to wall or ceiling or laid in floor complete, all as specified and directed.

Note:- Flanged joints excavation and earth works will be measured and paid seperately.

Cast iron Sluice valve for water supply purpose with C.I. drilled flanged ends (integrally cast), class PN-1.6 conforming to IS-780/14846 of 2000, ISI marked with stainless steel spindle and iron wheel including jointing material complete such as rubber insertion packing rings with adequate size and requisite numbers nut, bolt and washer complete of the of size 50mm bore, including taking out old valve, any type, all as specified. Note:- Flanged joints excavation and earth works will be measured and paid seperately.

Cutting of roads for laying of pipe of any type and size and making good road by providing soling with broken boulders or quarried stone, WBM of existing thickness and finally topping with bituminous macadum of existing thickness (bituminous macadum comprising of stone chipping and cold emulsion as per manufacturer's instructions) including necessary compaction by rolling etc. to match existing complete all as specified and directed.

Cleaning of surrounding area of water storage tanks/sump/ BP tanks hoisted on various buildings by cleaning mud, fungs plants and vegetation with steel brushes etc complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for cleaning of under ground/semi under ground tank of capacity 1.5/2.0 lakhs capacity by adopting following mehods:- (i) Taking out the water from the sump with the help of monoblock/submersible pump set and removing accumulated sludge and solid particles etc deposited at the bottom of sump and removing the same to a distance not exc 50m away. (ii) Washing with clean water with bleaching powder solution by rubbing with wire brush on all side walls, dome portion and bottom of the tank and removing girts and other deposited materials complete inside and from the outside of sump and wash with two coat of cement wash, plastering internally with 15mm thick in cement mortar 1:6 and flush pointing externally in the same moratr. (applying two coats of water bound distemper making it absolutely germ free), complete all as specified and directed by Engr-In-Charge.

Painting of Valve Pit cover, doors windows, sluice valves and pipe lines inside of valve pit including inside wall of valve pit with requisite colour marking good condition including preparing surface by cleaning, rubbing and making surface smooth for painting and applying two coats and a coat of primer of synthetic enamel paint, complete all as specified and directed by Engr-in-Charge.
