Supplying and Making Outdoor cable end termination with heat shrinkable jointing kit complete with all accessories including lugs suitable for following size of 3 core, XLPE aluminium conductor cable of 11 KV grade as required : Up to 150sqmm

Coiling of excess Single/3core/3~ Core, upto to 400sqmm, HV/MV, XLPE insulated, armoured power Cable direct into earth including excavation of earth upto a depth of 1500mm (Size pit should be 2250mmX2250mm or as per site requirement.) including 1st class brick protection of two layer flat brick soling , 300 mm. Fine sand (Local quary) for cushioning/bed and refilling and ramming the excavated soil as per direction of Engineer in charge.

Providing of Pre-cast cement concretecable identification route marker (1 cement: 2 coarse sand 4 graded stone aggregate 6mm nominal size) reinforced with 1.6 mm dia mild steel wire including centring and shuttering, roughening cleaning, fixing and finishing in cement mortar 1: 3( 1 cement : 3 fine sand) etc. complete, excluding the plastering of jambs, sills and soffits as per design, drawing and specification of TSECL. The marker shall be embossed "DANGERS: TSECL, ELECTRIC POWER CABLE" with Black colour letter(both side). The visible part shall be painted with Yellow colourjapan paint. (1 cement: 2 coarse sand : 4 graded stone aggregate 6mm nominal size) reinforced with 1.6 mm dia mild steel wire including centring and shuttering, roughening cleaning, fixing and finishing in cement mortar 1 :3(1cement : 3 fine sand) etc. complete, excluding the plastering of jambs, sills and soffits.

Supply & Laying of 250mm wide and 1 OOmicrons thick(HDDPE/LLDPE) pre-warning Yellow colour tape. The warning tape shall be printed in RED letter (in English as well as Bengali) as "COUTION: TSECL, ELECTRIC POWER CABLE" and to be placed at about 500mm depth from ground level along the cable route.

Gouting of ST pole /Stay set with CC of ratio 1:3:6 ( 1 Cement: 3 fine sand : 6 graded well burnt brick aggregate 20 mm nominal size)complete with excavation , riffiling of earth, ramming along with centering & shuttering as reqd. @ 0.273 Cum per ST pole & 0.119Cum per stay set as per TSECL specification.
