Foundations:-

Earth work in excavated of foundations of structure as per the drawings, specifications enclosed with the tender dacument minsitry of shipping, road transport & highway (MORTH & H) specifications for road and bridge works .

For Abutment

Providing concrete for plain/reinforced concrete in open foundations complete as per drawing and technical soecifications clauses 802,803,1202, & 1203.PCC M 15

Plain/reinforced cement concrete in open foundations complete as per drawing and technical specifications . RCC Grade M 30 usinf concrete mixer

RR laid dry

Providing and laying of filter media with granular material/stone crushed agrregates satisfying the requirments laid down in cluase 2504.2.2 of Morth specification to a thickness of not less then 600mm with smaller site towards the soil and bigger size towards the walls and towards the wall and provided over the enitre surface behind abutment ,wing wall and return wall to the full height compacted to a firm condition complete as per drawing and technical specifications

Providing weep holes in brick masonry /plain/reinforced concrete abutment wing wall with 100 mm dia AC pipe , extending through the full width of the structure with slopes of 1V : 20H towards drawing foce , complete as per drawing and technical specifications

Backfilling behind abutment wing walls and return wall complete asper technical specifications

Cement plum masonry with 40percanet plum & 60% 1:3:6 cement cencrete inclduing supply of all material labour T&P royalty etc required for proper completion of the work as per direction of engineer in charge

Supplying fitting and placinf HYSD bar reinforcement in super structure complate as per drawing technical specifications

SUPER STRUCTURE

Supply and labrication of steel tuss ( structure ) bridge as per detailed drawing , supply of all structural steel confirming to I.S 226-1969 required for proper completion of bridge including ground erection of the bridge and inclduing one coat of approved quality anty corrosive red oxide paint confirming IS 5660 as per specification and drawing including supply of all T&P etc nuts & bolts washer ralling of MS flat and also including supply of all fixing of shop rivert reffered as per drawing . the rates shall be included ground errection in the workshop and its dismantle parts numbering and proper stakcing in the premises of workshop before cartage to site of work . The work shall be executied in accordance with IS 1915 -1961 and its lates revsion shall be applicable . the rate shall inluding cost of all materials its wastage and cutting bending if required welding making holes , shop rivertting , labour T&P etc , and also including proper stacking after dismanting of ground erection .All required equipment should be taken back by the contractor after satisfactory execution of the job . Also inclduign supply material , T&P etc. required for proepr copletion of the work as per direction of engineer in charge

Erection of steel truss ( Grider ) bridge (upto 60m span) as per drawing with required camber inclduing cartage of fabricated parts from the place of stack near site inclduing submission of launching plan by the contracted after satisfactory execution of the job . also inclduing supply material . T&P etc required for poper completion of the work as per direction of enginnner in charge

Fitting and fixing in position true to line and level elastomeric bearing conforming to IRC: 83 (Part-II) section IX and clause 2005 of MoRTH specifications (Excluding Cost of Bearing) complete including all accessories as per drawing and Technical Specifications.

Painting on Concrete/Steel Surfaces with Epoxy Painting two coats including prime coat with epoxy paint of approved brand on concrete/steel surfaces after through cleaning of surface to give an even shade as per drawing and Technical Specification Clause 1701.

Drainage spouts complete as per drawing and technical specification

Reinforced cement concrete (M30)Approach slab inclduing formwork but excluding reinforceemnt steel. Complete as per drawing and techncial specification

Providing and laying of strip seal expansion joint catering to maximum horizontal movement upto 70mm (Complete as per approved drawing and standard specifications) to be installed by the manufacture /supplier or their auhtorized representative ensuring compliance to the manufacture insturcutions for installation

Providing and laying of boulder apron laid in wire creates for wire etc with 4mm dia GI wire confirming to IS:280 and IS : 4826 in 100mm x 100mm stone boulders weigthing not less then 25kgs each as per drawing and technical specification clause 1301.

OTHER WORK

Construction of parapet as per standard drawing including supply of all material , labour , T&P etc required for proper completion of the work

White washing two coats on parapet walls and tree trunks inclduing prepration of surface by claening scraping etc . As per technical specification clause 1916of MORD soecification for rual roads 2014

Providing and fixing title information baord as per standard drawing duly painted and written as per direction of enginner in charge in the starting and end of the road

Providing & fixing maintenance board as per stndard drawing duly painted and written as per direction of engineer in charge

Providing and fixing LOGO of OMGSY providing and fixing of typical PMGSY informatory sign board with LOGO as per MORD specification and drawing . Three MS plate of 1.6 mm thick, top and middle plate duly welded with MS flat iron 25mm x 5m size on back on edges . The lower plate will be welded with MS angle iron frame of 25mm x 25mm x5mm . The angle iron frame of the lower most plate and flat iron frame of middle tubes posts duly emebedded in cement concrete M-15 grade blocks diamond plate will be welded to middle plate by 47mm x 47mm of 12SWG steel plate tube . all ms will be stove enamelded on both sides lettering and printing arrows , border etc. will be painted with ready colour . All sections of framed posts and steel tube will be painted with primer and two coats of epoxy paint as per drawing clause 1701 and annexure 1700.1

Note:- This BOQ includes the scope of Load Testing of Bridge as per IRC norms after erection and commissioning of Bridge at site. No extra cost shall be paid to the Contrctor for this item. Load Test includes the scope as below: Doing load test on bridge span as per IRC (SP 51-1999) code provision, inclusive of mobilization of manpower,Equiments/founding Arrangements etc. testing charges, sand bag Filling, loading, shifiting, De mobilization Hiring of loading Trucks, hosting Arrangements complete in all respect. (bridge span 90 m 1.5 Lane) (Will be done by Contractor at his own Cost)

Five Year Maintenance Work

Protection of scuring of Abutment and wing wall with cement plum masonry with 40% plum & 60% 1:3:7 cement concrete including supply of all materials,labour,T&P royality etc required for proper comlpetion of the work as per direction of Engineer in charge. (As per PWD Uttarakhand specifications)
