The Bidder may be a Company registered under the Companies Act, 2013 Or The Bidder may be a registered Company in India as per Indian Companies Act, 2013 Or Registered entities such as Firms, Societies, NGOs. Registration certificate issued by the competent authority should be uploaded.

The bidder must be registered with local competent authority and Trade License certificate with renewal should be uploaded. (If trade license is not renewed within the last date of this tender, the bidder should upload the renewal application submitted to the competent authority (If application not rejected by the competent authority)

The bidder must be registered with the local competent authority and Registration Certificate of Establishment Form-C should be uploaded.

The bidder must be registered with the EPF authorities. EPF Registration Certificate and month wise EPF Payment Confirmation Challan from April-2024 to March-2025 should be uploaded.

The bidder must be registered with ESI authorities. ESI Registration Certificate and month wise ESI Payment Confirmation Challan from April-2024 to March-2025 should be uploaded.

The bidder must be registered with GST authorities. Active GST Registration Certificate and month wise GST 3B Returns from April-2024 to March-2025. (As applicable to the bidders under relevant GST Act/Rules Monthly or Quarterly) should be uploaded.

The bidder must be registered with PT authorities and Professional Tax Employer Registration - Certificate of Enrollment (EC) and Professional Tax Employee Registration Certificate of Registration (RC) should be uploaded.

The bidder should be uploaded Income Tax Returns for the financial year 2021-22, 2022-23 and 2023-24.

The Average Annual financial turnover of the tenderer must be not less than estimated cost of the Tender Document during the last 3 proceedings financial years (Financial Year 2021-22, 2022-23 and 2023-24). The CA certified turnover certificate with UDIN should be uploaded.

The details of the firm and other details should be uploaded as per Appendix-I to Appendix-IV.

Affidavit as per Appendix-V (1st Party Tenderer Name, 2nd Party Name Raichur City Corporation, Raichur) must be uploaded.

The previous experience certificate should be uploaded for the similar supply to the departments covered under Section 4(e) and 4(ee) of KTPP Act, 1999 (Including Govt., Societies)- Not less than 80% of the requirement of the posts in any ONE of the last 3 years (Financial Year 2021-22, 2022-23 and 2023-24). The details should be uploaded as per Appendix-VI

Tenderer should upload the undertaking regarding Non Conviction Certificate as prescribed in Appendix-VIII.

Tenderer should upload the No Deviation Certificate as prescribed in Appendix-VIII.

Tenderer should upload the Undertaking regarding Blacklisting / Non Debarment as prescribed in Appendix-IX.
