Construction of C Type Judicial Quarters (P+6) x 4 = (24 Units) at Sukhniwas Colony,

-- : NOTE OF SCHEDULE "B" : --

[1] All the work shall be carried out as per Public Work Department hand book and MOST &

Other specification this documents or as directed.

[2] All the columns in the Schedule "B" should be filled in ink and the total in entire in the last

columns should be struck by the contractor.

[3] Rate quoted including clearance of site (Prior to commencement of work and its close) in all

respect and hold good for work as under the all condition of site moisture weather etc.

[4] The contractor shall exhibit a Board as per Govt. No. 806/3277/1657 Dt. 26/04/78 {Guj.}

RGR-No. TNC-1090/24/C dated 29/11/90 and GR Dt. 18/11/91 involved at site without any

payment as directed by Engineer in charge.

[5] The contractor shall state even "Nil" percentage if no reduction offered.

[6] One percent of Bill Amount shall be recovered from the contract payments as "Labour

cess" in terms of Gujarat Govt. Gazette extra ordinary dated 12/12/2004 implementions of

building and other construction workers regulat.

[7] In RCC Items where there is change of grade mix or change as per actual mix design the

difference of cement consumption shall be deducted from rate of original item as per rate

mentioned in the tender.

[8] An amount of Rs. 1,37,260.49 ( Rupees One Lakh Thirty Seven Thousand Two Hundred

Sixty & Forty Nine Paise only ) will be deducted from the 1st R.A. Bill as Credits of

dismentlled materials ( i.e. existign building ). However, dismentalling the existing building

items included in the main tender.No extra item will be granted or paid for the same.
