Supplying and installation of FEEDER PILLAR panel made from 20 gauge thick CR sheet duly painted /powder coated( 600mm length x 600mm breath 600 mm height) complete with wiring the panel with 10sq mm single core copper conductor cable with following switches and others.(1)63A 4 POLE TPN MCB as incomer. (2)100A 4pole TPN busbar arrangement with 50 x 6mm Copper strip 450mm long complete with insulator nut bolt etc as reqd, (3)Reputed make analog time switch, coil voltage 240V (4) Reputed make 40A 4 POLE NO/NC CONTACTOR (5)Indication lamp R Y B (6) 03NOS 100A isolator as outgoing.

Supplying of 1.1 KV AYFY 4X16 SQMM AL armoured cable with 1100V grade conductivity, annealed stranded aluminium conductor XLPE insulated cores color coated laid up PVC tape inner sheathed and G.I Strip armoured and overall type ST-1 PVC sheathed cable as per IS:7098 PART -1

Supplying of 1.1 KV AYFY 4X50 SQMM AL armoured cable with 1100V grade conductivity, annealed stranded aluminium conductor XLPE insulated cores color coated laid up PVC tape inner sheathed and G.I Strip armoured and overall type ST-1 PVC sheathed cable as per IS:7098 PART -1

Laying of one number PVC insulated and PVC sheathed XLPE power cable of 1.1kV grade of size 4x50 sqmm through HDPE PIPE direct in ground including excavation, sand cushioning,protective covering (up to 90mm)etc as reqd. 90 mm , PE 100 HDPE pipes will be supplied by the contractor)

Earthing with G.l. earth plate 600 mm X 600 mm X 6 mm thick including accessories,and providing masonry 'enclosure with cover plate having locking arrangement andwatering pipe of 2.7 meter long( withsuply ang eretion of 25x5 mm GI strip 25 mtr in each earthing) etc. with charcoal/ coke and salt as required. Supplying and laying 6 SWG G.l. wire at 0.50 meter below ground level for conductorearth electrode, including connection/ termination with Gl thimble etc. as required.Details of cost for 30 Metres
