Dismantling doors, windows and clerestory windows (steel or wood) shutter including chowkhats, architrave, holdfasts etc. complete and stacking within 50 meters lead : (i) of area 3 sqm and bellow

Finishing walls with premium acrylic smooth exterior paint with silicon additives of required shade of approved brand and manufacturer (Payment shall be made after submission of Test Certificate issued by the Manufacturer) : New work ( two or more coats applied @ l.43 litre/10 sqm over and including priming coat of exterior primer applied @2.20 kg/10 sqm)
Finishing walls with acrylic smooth exterior paint of required shade of approved brand and manufacture on old work (one or more coats ) including preparation of surface as required complete as per direction of the Engineer in charge
Providing and fixing on wall face unplasticised Rigid PVC soil, waste & vent pipes (working pressure 4 kg /cm2) conforming to IS : 13592 Type A including jointing with seal ring conforming to IS : 5382 leaving 10 mm gap for thermal expansion : (a) single socketed pipe – 110 mm OD
