Dismantling doors, windows and clerestory windows (steel or wood) shutter including chowkhats, architrave, holdfasts etc. complete and stacking within 50 meters lead : (i) of area 3 sqm and bellow

Dismantling old plaster or pointing, raking out joints, cleaning and preparing the surface for re-plastering or re-pointing including disposal of rubbish to the dumping ground with all leads and lifts etc. complete as per direction of the Engineer-in-charge

Cutting chases in brick masonry walls for following diameter sand cast iron/centrifugally cast (spun) iron pipes and making good the same with cement concrete 1:3:6 (1 cement : 3 coarse sand : 6 graded stone aggregate 12.5 mm nominal size) including necessary plaster and pointing in cement mortar 1:4 (1 cement: 4 coarse sand) : 100 mm dia

Steel work welded in built up section/framed work including cutting, hoisting, fixing in position and applying a priming coat of approved steel primer using steel etc. complete as required :- i) In grating, frames, guard bar, railing, brackets, gates and similar works all complete

Providing & fixing super latex-302(SBR based) water proofing expert(Dr. Fixit) over RCC slab with 3(three) component by mixing super latex cement and water at 1:4:7 or as per manufacturer recommendation in/c cleaning the roof surface with wire brushes & with cleaned water before application & curing the chemicals by sprinkling water for 3-5 days after application of water proofing components complete as per direction and technical recommendation of the manufacturers

Earth work in excavation by mechanical means (Hydraulic excavator)/ manual means in foundation trenches or drains (not exceeding 1.5m in width or 10 sqm on plan) including dressing of sides and ramming of bottoms lift upto 1.5 m, including getting out the excavated soil and disposal of surplus excavated soil as directed, within a lead of 50m – all kinds of soil

Supplying and filling in plinth, under floor, foundation etc. with sand(fine) from local quarry with all lifts including spreading in horizontal layers, watering, grading to require slope, ramming, consolidating and compacting each layer by using plate compactor or by any suitable method complete

Providing and laying in position cement concrete of specified grade excluding the cost of centring and shuttering – all work upto plinth level : (i) 1:3:6(|1Cement :3 fine sand :6 graded well burnt brick aggregate 20 mm nominal size)

(ii) 1:2:4(|1Cement :2 fine sand :4 graded stone aggregate 20 mm nominal size)

(ii) 1:2:4(|1Cement :2 fine sand :4 graded stone aggregate 20 mm nominal size)

12 mm cement plaster of mix 1: 4 (1 cement : 4 fine sand)

First class brick work in foundation and plinth including cost of all materials as required complete – in cement mortar 1: 4 (1 cement : 4 fine sand)

12 mm cement plaster of mix in/c. neat cement punning (i) 1: 4 (1 cement : 4 fine sand)

Painting with synthetic enamel paint of approved brand and manufacture of required colour to give an even shade (payment shall be made after submission of test certificate issued by the manufacturer) : Two or more coats on new work over an under coat of suitable shade with ordinary paint (primer) of approved brand manufacture

Distempering with 1st quality acrylic distemper (ready mixed) having VOC content less then 50 grams/litre, of approved brand and manufacture to give an even shade (payment shall be made after submission of test certificate issued by the manufacturer) : New work (two or more coats) over and including water thinnable priming coat with cement primer

Distempering with 1st quality washable acrylic distemper of approved brand and manufacture and of required shade on old work (one or more coats) to give an even shade as required complete as per direction of the Engineer in charge

Painting with synthetic enamel paint (one or more coats) of required colour of approved brand and manufacture on old work to give an even shade including preparation of surface as required complete as per direction of the Engineer in charge

Finishing walls with premium acrylic smooth exterior paint with silicon additives of required shade of approved brand and manufacturer (Payment shall be made after submission of Test Certificate issued by the Manufacturer) : New work ( two or more coats applied @ l.43 litre/10 sqm over and including priming coat of exterior primer applied @2.20 kg/10 sqm)

Finishing walls with acrylic smooth exterior paint of required shade of approved brand and manufacture on old work (one or more coats ) including preparation of surface as required complete as per direction of the Engineer in charge

Providing and fixing on wall face unplasticised Rigid PVC soil, waste & vent pipes (working pressure 4 kg /cm2) conforming to IS : 13592 Type A including jointing with seal ring conforming to IS : 5382 leaving 10 mm gap for thermal expansion : (a) single socketed pipe – 110 mm OD
