CIVIL WORK: Construction of Gas Cylinder Shed, CONCRETE PLATFORM

Providing and laying in position cement concrete of specified grade excluding the cost of centering and shuttering - All work up to plinth level: 1:2:4 (cement : 2 coarse sand : 4 graded stone aggregate 20 mm nominal size)

Structural steel work in single section, fixed with or without connecting plate, including cutting, hoisting, fixing in position and applying a priming coat of approved steel primer all complete.

Providing & fixing fly proof wire gauze to windows, clerestory windows & doors with M.S. Flat 15x3 mm and nuts & bolts complete. Galvanised M.S. Wire gauze with 0.63 mm dia wire and 1.4 mm aperture on both sides

Painting with synthetic enamel paint of approved brand and manufacture of required colour to give an even shade: Two or more coats on new work over an under coat of suitable shade with ordinary paint of approved brand and manufacture .

Setting up of a NABL Accreditation Laboratory, DISMANTLING WORKS

Supply of skilled workers with necessary tools & plants for dismantling of the existing Aluminium partitions including stacking of servicable material and disposal of unserviceable materials to the NIIST store yard as per the direction of the Engineer-in-charge.

ALUMINIUM WORKS

Providing and fixing aluminium work for doors, windows, ventilators and partitions with extruded built up standard tubular sections/appropriate Z sections and other sections of approved make conforming to IS: 733 and IS: 1285, fixing with dash fasteners of required dia and size, including necessary filling up the gaps at junctions, i.e. at top, bottom and sides with required EPDM rubber/ neoprene gasket etc. Aluminium sections shall be smooth, rust free, straight, mitred and jointed mechanically wherever required including cleat angle, Aluminium snap beading for glazing / paneling, C.P.brass / stainless steel screws, all complete as per architectural drawings and the directions of Engineer-in-charge. (Glazing, paneling and dash fasteners to be paid for separately) :

For fixed portion - Powder coated aluminium (minimum thickness of powder coating 50 micron)

For shutters of doors, windows & ventilators including providing and fixing hinges/ pivots and making provision for fixing of fittings wherever required including the cost of EPDM rubber / neoprene gasket required (Fittings shall be paid for separately)

Providing and fixing 12 mm thick prelaminated particle board flat pressed three layer or graded wood particle board conforming to IS:12823 Grade l Type ll, in panelling fixed in aluminum doors, windows shutters and partition frames with C.P. brass / stainless steel screws etc. complete as per architectural drawings and directions of engineerin-charge. - Pre-laminated particle board with decorative lamination on both sides

Providing and fixing glazing in aluminium door, window, ventilator shutters and partitions etc. with EPDM rubber / neoprene gasket etc. complete as per the architectural drawings and the directions of engineer-in-charge . (Cost of aluminium snap beading shall be paid in basic item): - With float glass panes of 5 mm thickness (weight not less than 12.50 kg/sqm)

Providing and fixing Brass 100mm mortice latch and lock with 6levers without pair of handles (best make of approved quality) for aluminium doors including necessary cutting and making good etc. complete

Providing and fixing aluminium handles, ISI marked, anodised (anodic coating not less than grade AC 10 as per IS : 1868) transparent or dyed to required colour or shade, with necessary screws etc. complete : - 125 mm

Providing and fixing aluminium tower bolts, ISI marked, anodised (anodic coating not less than grade AC 10 as per IS : 1868 ) transparent or dyed to required colour or shade, with necessary screws etc. complete - 300x10 mm

Providing and fixing aluminium hanging floor door stopper, ISI marked, anodised (anodic coating not less than grade AC 10 as per IS : 1868) transparent or dyed to required colour and shade, with necessary screws etc. complete - Twin rubber stopper

Providing and fixing aluminium extruded section body tubular type universal hydraulic door closer (having brand logo with ISi, IS : 3564, embossed on the body, door weight upto 36 kg to 80 kg and door width from 701 mm to 1000 mm), with double speed adjustment with necessary accessories and screws etc. complete.

DEPARTMENT SUPPLY PRELAMINATED BOARDS - Fixing of department supply 12 mm thick prelaminated particle board, in panelling fixed in aluminum doors, windows shutters and partition frames with C.P. brass / stainless steel screws etc. complete as per architectural drawings and directions of engineer in-charge.

FINISHING WORKS

Finishing walls with ready-mixed premium acrylic emulsion paint (Company dept tinted) having VOC less than 50gm/lit and UV resistance as per IS 15489-2004, Alkali & fungal resistance, dirt resistance interior/exterior paint of required shade with silicon additives- Old work(Two or more coats applied @1.43 liter/10sqm over and including priming coat @0.90 lire /10sqm).

ELECRICAL WORK, DISTRIBUTION BOARD

Supplying and fixing 5A to 32A rating, 240/415V, 10KA, « c » curve, miniature circuit breaker suitable for inductive load of following poles in the existing MCB DB complete with connections , testing and commissioning etc. as required.

WIRING FOR LIGHT/FAN/PLUG SOCKETS, ETC

Wiring for light/ power plug with 2X4 sq. mm FLRS PVC insulated copper conductor, single core cable in surface / recessed medium class PVC conduit along with 1 No. 4 sq. mm FLRS PVC insulated copper conductor, single core cable for loop earthing as required.

Wiring for circuit/submain wiring alongwith earth wire with the following sizes of FLRS PVC insulated copper conductor , single core cable in surface / recessed medium class PVC conduit as required. 4 X 10 sq.mm + 2 X 6 sq.mm earth wire

Supplying and Fixing of 100X50 mm cable trunking system with all accessories for fixing of PVC modular box/plug sockets as required.

CABLE SUPPLY, LAYING & END TERMINATIONS

Supply of 10 sqmm 3 core PVC/XLPE insulated armoured cable with copper conductors for working Voltages up to and including 1100 volts conforming IS 1584/part I/ 1988 for PVC IS 7098 part I for XLPE

Laying and fixing of one number PVC insulated and PVC sheathed/ XLPE power cable of 1.1 KV grade following size on wall surface as required. Upto 35 sq.mm (clamped with 1mm thick saddle)
