RequiredThe tender intends to promote KMF nandini brand through 200 KSRTC buses, and the tenderer must have the rights to at least 250 KSRTC buses to facilitate the selection of bus routes with high traffic / high visibility in Karnataka state.

RequiredThe tender intends to promote KMF nandini brand through 400 BMTC buses, and the Tenderer must have the rights to at least 500 BMTC buses to facilitate the selection of bus routes with high traffic in Bengaluru city.

Eligibility Criteria

Bidders shall not be under a declaration of ineligibility for corrupt and fraudulent practices issued by Government of Karnataka

It shall be the responsibility of the Bidder to ensure credit of Tender Processing Fee and EMD into the respective receiving bank accounts of e-Procurement on or before the last date and time of bid submission.

EMD Payments through e-Payment mode shall be made as one single transaction and payments made in part are liable for rejection.

The documents shall be furnished in accordance with all the conditions mentioned in Section VII of the tender document.

Per one KSRTC Bus branding charges Net rate for 3 months shall be quoted (inclusive of printing material, mounting cost, & GST, etc.)

Per one BMTC Bus branding charges Net rate for 3 months shall be quoted (inclusive of printing material, mounting cost, & GST, etc.)
