M&L for screed/plastering 10mm thick on concrete surface in CM 1:4, finishing the surface even and smooth without using extra cement, including mixing only liquid water proofing compound as per manufacture instruction complete all as specified and directed Note WPC will be measured & paid separately.

Supply only integral water proofing chemical @ 200ml/Bag of cement complete all as specified and directed. Make : Fosroc/ Dr Fixit/ pidilite.

M&L for water proofing treatment to RCC roof slab all as specified below and as directed:- (a) Apply one coat of glass fibre base bitumen felt primer, grade 2 @ 0.25 Kg/Sqm. (b) Laying APP based ploymeric membrane 3mm thick, minimum wt 3.00 kg/Sqm reinforced with polyester non-woven fabric (weighing not less than 150gms/Sqm ) laid on primed roofs & flashing by forced application using Butane torch, and sealing all joints (c) Apply a coat of aluminium paint @ 0.10 ltr/Sqm.

Dismantling wall and ceiling board (fibre, pulp, insulation, etc.) or insulation boards/slabs/blankets, any thickness, including cover fillets frame and assesories etc.

S&F 600x600mmx4mm thick false ceiling of Non asbestos fibre cement building boards (E Board) and including anodised aluminium powder coated (minimum thickness of powder coating 50 micron) snap grid frame work of T section (main & cross member) of size 25 mm x 25 mm x 1.5 mm thick in square pattern of grid size 605mm X 605mm . The aluminium frame work will be supported on side wall with the use of aluminium 'L' section of size 25 mm x 25 mm x 1.5 angles etc. Snap grid shall be supported with hangers of 4 mm dia. Galvanised iron wire adjusting level fixed to roof slabs / truss etc by means of ceiling cleats made out of Galvanised iron flat of size 40 x 3 mm size 60 mm long and expansion hold fasteners 12.5 mm dia 40 mm long, including two coats of synthetic enamel paint over a coat of pink primer complete all as specified directed by the Engineer-in-Charge.

Dismantling of floor, hearth or wall tiling or stone slab laid, bedded & pointed in any mortar including demolition of cement mortar bedding or backing coat, including removal of debris to a distance exc 1.5 km but n.exc 2 Km complete all as spd and directed.

M&L Rendering 10mm thick in CM 1:4 on on stone masonry surfaces or surface other than fair face of brick-work or on one side of lathing for skirting/dado etc complete all as spd and directed

M&L for Screed bed or bedding layer of mortar 15 mm thick for laying floor finishes in CM 1:6 complete all as spd and directed
