Part A : Expense towards wages and leveries

Payment towards salary of 01 unskilled labour for Horticulture works at BKPL Mughalsarai (Total no. of unskilled workers to be engaged every year = 02 ). It includes Minimum basic wages (including additional payment), PF, ESI and Bonus.

Providing 2 sets of uniform (as decided by EIC) & 1 pair of good quality safety shoe and two pair of socks to each enganged worker every year. The contractor has to submit original bill, upon verification of which by EIC, payment will be reimbursed. (Total no. of unskilled workers to be engaged every year = 02 )

Overhead profit of contractor towards serial number 1 and 2 of Part A

Part B : Expense towards supply and service

Felling trees of the girth beyond 30 cm girth upto and including 60 cm girth (measured at a height of 1 m above ground level), including cutting of trunks and branches, removing the roots and stacking of serviceable material and disposal of unserviceable material.

Felling trees of the girth Beyond 60 cm girth upto and including 120 cm girth (measured at a height of 1 m above ground level), including cutting of trunks and branches, removing the roots and stacking of serviceable material and disposal of unserviceable material.

Supplying and stacking of good earth at site including royalty and carriage upto 5 km complete (earth measured in stacks will be reduced by 20% for payment)

Supplying and stacking sludge at site including royalty and carriage upto 5 km complete (sludge measured in stacks will be reduced by 8% for payment)

Supplying and stacking of well decayed cattle manure at site including royalty and carriage upto 5 k.m. lead complete cattle manure measured in stacks will reduced by 8% for Payment)
