Taking down cement plaster of any description from brick/ stone walls surfaces including. racking out joints, hacking for key, scrubbing down with water etc and removing debris to a distance n.exc. 50m, complete all as specified and directed.

Material and labour for rendering 15mm thick cement plaster on in two layers each of 10+5mm thick in Cement Mortar (1:4) with WPC @2% wt of cement on fair faces of brick work complete all as specified and directed. (Note :Integral water proofing compound shall be measured and paid separately under respective item of Sch ‘A’) complete all as specified and as directed.

Supply only integral water proofing compound confirming to IS 2645 – 2003. MAKE : SIKA/ ACCOPROOF/ CICCO NO-1 complete all as specified and as directed.

Material and labour for preparation of newly plastered or unplastered surface of wall and applying two coats of cement base paint ,complete all as specified and directed.

Material and labour for rendering 10mm thick on other than fair faces of brick work or concrete surfaces in CM (1:6), finished even and smooth without using extra cement, complete all as specified and directed

Material and labour for 05 mm thick rendering in CM (1:3) on ceiling or concrete surface finished even and smooth without using extra cement, complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for preparation of newely plastered surface of wall and applying two coats of oil bound distemper over and including one coat of primer complete all as specified and directed .

Material and Labours for three coats of white wash on newly plastered surface of ceiling including necessary surface preparation, complete all as specified and directed

Demolition of brick work built in cement mortor including all quoins, pillars etc complete all as specified and as directed.

Material and labour for brick work with sub class 'B' brick straight or curved on plan exc 6m mean radius built in CM 1:6 complete all as specified and as directed.

Demolition of concrete (Un-reinforced) in ground floors and pavings n exc 15 cm thickness (below or above ground level) complete all as specified and directed.

Material and labour for 50 mm thick cement concrete type B-2, 1:3:6 (using 40 mm graded stone aggregate) as in sub base floor,or in hard standing, finished even and rough complete all as specified and as directed.

Materials and labour for pre polished chequered cement concrete tiles 30cm x 30cm x 20mm thick, set, jointed and pointed in neat cement slurry in floors with grey cement and pigment with screed bed or bedding layer of cement mortar 1:6 in 15 mm thick for laying floor finishes complete all as specified and as directed.

Dismantling, floor, hearth or wall tiling including cement mortar bedding (but not backing), removing serviceable tiles to store and rubbish off the premises complete all as specified and as directed.

Materials and labour for screed bed or bedding layer of mortar 15 mm average thickness in cement mortar 1:6 , for laying floor tiles, finished even and smooth including cement slurry to existing surface, complete all as specified and as directed.

Materials and labour for Virified Ceramic tiles light shade 10 mm thick (square/ rectangular) polished, area of each tiles not exceeding 0.36 sqm, in floors etc. set and jointed in neat cement slurry and pointed in white or coloured cement to match all specified and as directed.

Ditto as per ser item No 16 but as skirting /dado all as specified and directed.

Material and labour for hardcore of gauge n exc 63mm deposited, spread and levelled in layers n exc 15cm thick of broken stone or builders watered and rammed to a true surface complete all as specified and as directed

Material and labour for Machine cut kota stone slab flooring 20-25mm thick over cement screed base laid and jointed with grey cement slurry mixed with pigment to match the shade of the slab including rubbing and polishing complete all as specified and as directed.

Demolition of damaged RCC cover slab of any description as in septic tank, soak well, manhole and gully trap etc (including separating of reinforcement) and removal of debris to a distance n.exc. 50 mtrs and spreading. Complete all as specified and as directed.

Material and labour for pre cast reinforced cement concrete 1:2:4 type B1 as in cover slab of drains, etc. set in cement mortar (1:4) comlete all as specified and as directed.

Material and labour for mild steel TMT bars 10 mm and over cut to length, bent to shape required incl. cranking bending spirally for hooping for column hooking ends and binding with and incl. mild steel wire (annealed) not less than 0.9 mm dia.complete all as specified and as directed

Materials and labour for 75mm thick PCC (1:2:4) type B2 as in plinth protection/footpath using 40mm graded stone aggregate finishing cement concrete surface even and smooth without using extra cement including impresion and glass strip or bitumin filling in two panel etc complete all as specified and as directed.

Material and labour for 20mm thick Granite(of any type) work (table rubbed and polished) in steps, jambs, pillars, windoe sills, cooking platform and like in cement mortar(1:4) including pointing in white cement (1:2) using marble dustwith admixture of pigment to match with shade of granite complete all as specified and as directed.
