Earth work in excavation by mechanical means (Hydraulic excavation)/manal means in foundation trenches of any size, including dressing of sides and ramming of bottoms, including getting out the excavated soil, as directed including all leads and lifts.

Random rubble masonary in hard stone in foundation and plinth including leveling up with cement concrete 1:6:12 (1 Cement : 6 Coarses Sand : 12 Graded Stone Aggregate 20 mm nominal size) upto plinth level with cement mortar 1:6 (1 Cement : 6 Coarse Sand) cost of all other material i.e. cement, sand, stone etc. labour, T&P, leveling etc. making of weep hole.

Concreting required for bottom pad for revetment wall in 1:4:8 ratio in 40 mm stone ballast including cost of other material cement, sand, stone etc. labour and T&P etc.

Providing and laying in position specific grade of cement concrete required for top of revetment wall in 1:3:6 (1 Cement : 3 Coarse Sand : 6 Graded Stone Aggregate 20 mm nominal size).

Supplying and spreading of earth by earth work in excavation by mechanical means (Hydraulic excavator)/manual means over surface area in sides of foundation and plinth in layers not exceeding 20 cm in depth, consolidating each deposited layer by ramming and watering, including all lead lift (land of earth supply to be arranged by the contractor at his own cost).
