M&L for mild steel framed work as in roof trusses (framed), trussed purlins, crane gantries, rails, bolts and fastenings and heavy bracket framing using beam, tee, angle, channel or hollow section conforming to Fe 410-W Gde E- 250 quality A including distance pieces, base plate, nuts/ bolts, cleats etc complete all as specified and directed.

M&L plain cement concrete 1:2:4 Type B-1 (using 20mm graded stone aggregate) (nominal mix) as in Foundations and mass concrete including farmwork complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for preparing new or previously untreated steel surfaces of any description over 10 cm width or girth and applying two coats of synthetic enamel paint over a coat of red oxide primer complete all as specified and directed.

S&F Pre- painted galvalume aluminum zinc coating GI based corrugated steel sheet 0.50mm thick(AZ-150) of any colour having tensile strength of 550 Mpa, fixed as in roof covering / cladding to wall with self tapping screws complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for brick work in cement mortar (1:6) using old size sub class ‘B’ bricks, straight or curved on plan exc 6 m mean radius complete all as specified and directed.

Excavation in trenches n.exc 1.50 m wide & n.exc 1.50 m in depth for foundation or for manholes, cesspits, shafts etc not exc 10 Sqm on plan and getting out in soft / loose soil, complete all as specified and directed.

M&L PCC (1:4:8) type D2 (using 40mm graded stone aggregate) as in foundation of manholes, filling and mass concrete etc complete all as specified and directed

M&L 100mm thick PCC (1:4:8) type D2 (using 40mm graded stone aggregate) as in sub base of floor etc complete all as specified and directed

M&L for 100mm thick hard core of broken stone boulders of gauge n.exc 63mm, deposited, spread and levelled in layer n.exc 15cm thick, watered and rammed to a true surface complete all as specified and directed.

Excavating over areas n. exc. 1.5 mtr depth and getting out soft/loose soil complete all as specified and directed.

Removing excavated surplus soil to a distance exc 250m and n.exc 500m and depositing where directed at a level n.exc 1.5m above the starting point complete all as specified and directed.

Returning filling in with excavated soil including spreading, leveling, watering & well ramming in layers not exc 25 cm thick complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for 60 mm thick Machine pressed precast conctete interlocking paver block of any shape and size, conforming to IS 15658-2006 of M-35 grade with grey cement and pigment laid over sand cushioning complete all as specified and as directed.

Supply and laying clean dry river sand in 25 mm thick layer for cushioning to interlocking paver block complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for 15 mm thick rendering in cement mortar (1:6) on fair faces of brick work or concrete surfaces, finished even and smooth without using extra cement complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for preparing newly plastered surfaces of walls and applying two coats of cement base paint over a coat of cement base primer complete all as specified and directed.

S & F for PCC (1:2:4) type B-0 (using 12.55mm graded stone aggregate) as in cills, coping to edges of interlocking paver blocks complete all as specified and directed.
