Removing dry or oil bound Distemper by washing and scraping and sand papering the wall surface smooth necessary repair to scratches including arrangement of scaffolding,ballies,jhula complete in all respect, including of all leads, lifts and carriage of material at site and as directed by the Engineer-Incharge.

Applying a priming coat over External wall surface (One coat)surfaces after and including preparing the surface by thoroughly cleaning oil grease, dirt and other foreign matter and sand papering and knotting ready mixed paint brushing stell primer red oxide paint complete in all respect including including arrangement of scaffolding,ballies, jhula of all leads, lifts and carriage of material at site and as directed by the Engineer-Incharge.

Finishing wall with water proofing exterior grade APEX of approved design (Apex ultima) or its equarlied on undecorated wall surfaces (two Coats) to give an even shade and final finish after throughly cleaning the final finish after throughly cleaning the surface to remove all dirt, dust and other foreign matter etc. including sand paper smooth complete including including arrangement of scaffolding,ballies, jhula of all leads, lifts and carriage of material at site and as directed by the Engineer-Incharge.

Painting one coat (excluding priming coat) on previously painted steel and steel based surfaces with ready mixed paint brushing to give an even shade including cleaning of all dirt and dust and other foreign matter sand papering and knotting ready mixed paint other than white complete in all respect, including including arrangement of scaffolding,ballies, jhula all leads, lifts and carriage of material at site and as directed by the Engineer-Incharge.

Distempering (One Coat) with oil bound washable distemper approved brand and manufacture and of required shade on decorated walls and surfaces to give an even shade over and i/c a priming coat with alkaline resistance primer of approved brand and thoroughly brushing the surface free from mortor dropping etc. priming coat with distemper primer complete in all respect, including including arrangement of scaffolding,ballies,jhula of all leads, lifts and carriage of material at site and as directed by the Engineer-Incharge.
