REPAIR / MAINT OF INTERNAL/ EXTERNAL ELECTRIFICATION, SECURITY LIGHT, WITH OTHER AND OTHER MISC E/M WORK AT OFFICE COMPLEX AND MADAKINI COMPLEX AT PCDA (AF) UNDER GE CLEMENT TOWN

Dismantling and taking down U/S copper / aluminium point wiring (light, fan, socket, power) complete fitting such as switches, ceiling roses, pendants, lamp holder, light fitting etc including CI/Pressed steel terminals, switch box, and making good the disturbed surface of wall/floor etc, to match with the existing surfaces of wall/floor complete all as specified and directed. Note :- If the contractor fail to make good the disturbed surface of wall/floor etc and do not match with the existing surface of wall/floor to the entire satisfaction of Engr-in-Charge a recovery @ of Rs. 50/- per RM will be made from payment due to the Contractor. In case of any dispute the decision of accepting officer will be final and binding.

Dismantling and taking down u/s sub-main wiring/service wire of any size including wooden batten / PVC Conduit etc and making good the disturbed surfaces of wall/floor to match with the existing wall/floor etc. complete all as specified & as directed. Note :- If the contractor fail to make good the disturbed surface of wall/floor etc and do not match with the existing surface of wall/floor to the entire satisfaction of Engr-in-Charge a recovery @ of Rs. 50/- per RM will be made from payment due to the Contractor. In case of any dispute the decision of accepting officer will be final and binding.

Dismantling and taking down old damaged existing DB’s any type and making good the disturbed surfaces of wall/floor to match with the existing wall/floor etc. complete all as specified. Note :- If the contractor fail to make good the disturbed surface of wall/floor etc and do not match with the existing surface of wall/floor to the entire satisfaction of Engr-in-Charge a recovery @ of Rs. 50/- per RM will be made from payment due to the Contractor. In case of any dispute the decision of accepting officer will be final and binding.

Material and labour for point wiring with 1.5 sq mm PVC insulated, unsheathed, stranded copper conductor (FRLS) cable single core 1100 Volt grade in and including rigid PVC conduit medium grade 20mm dia or more ISI Marked casing caping /surface conduit and conduit accessories and cutting chases of suitable girth where required on brick/concrete surface & making good disturbed surface,provision of CI/Pressed steel terminal switch box for normal piano switch/socket ,with plastic laminated sheet 3 mm thick fixed with brass screw and washers for normal piano switch / socket, or provision of PVC gang box where required along with 1.5 sq mm PVC insulated unsheathed stranded copper conductor cable ( FRLSH ) as earth wire connected with main common earth dolly complete all as specified and directed for the following (a) One light/fan/exhaust fan/bell point controlled by one, one-way Piano type switch 5/6 Amp. Note:- (i) Cost of cutting chases of suitable girth where required on brick /concrete surface and making good disturbed surface shall be deemed to be included in quoted rates ii) If the contractor fail to make good the disturbed surface of wall/floor etc and do not match with the existing surface of wall/floor to the entire satisfaction of Engr-in-Charge a recovery @ of Rs. 50/- per RM will be made from payment due to the Contractor. In case of any dispute the decision of accepting officer will be final and binding.

One 3pin/5pin 5/6 Amps socket out let on same board with other switch , one-way Piano type switch complete all specified and directed.

One 3pin/5pin 5/6 Amps socket out let on independent board controlled by one, one-way Piano type switch complete all specified and directed .

All as per item No 5 above but with 2.5 Sqmm PVC insulated cable( FRLSH) and same size of earth wire for 15 Amps power point.

Supply and fixing switch piano flush type single pole, one-way 5/6 Amps, 240 Volts AC complete all as specified and directed.

Supply and fixing switch piano flush single pole, one-way 16 Amp, 240 Volts AC complete all as specified and directed.

Supply and fixing socket out let 2in 1, 5 pin 5 Amps flush type all as specified.
