Shifting of submersible motor to authorised repair workshop to carry out the following repair works:- (a) Opening of damaged/cracked pump seal, replacement of seal as per existing samples - 01 Job (b) Grinding, Shaping, mettllibng of shaft and impeller to make smooth punctioning complete - 01 Job. (c) Drainging out old engine oil 20W40/10W40 from the pumps. Supply, filling of engine oil 20W40 upto six ltr quantity-01 Job (d) Taking out old burnt/broken winding from the motor. Supply and fix in repair 3 phase star delta starter for 30 HP motors with relay settings 30-50 Amp as directed by EIC.

Taking out & rewinding the existing unserviceable burnt submersible motor 30 HP, 3phase, 50 cycles by disconnecting electrically and mechanically and transporting to the locally workshop. Dismantling the motor and removing the old burnt copper winding & demoisturise, cleaning, rewinding the coils with same gauge supper enamelled copper wire, with suitable F class paper insulation, varnishing, and reassembling by replacing bearings reinstalling at the installation and testing, commissioning etc complete. Note - Before rewinding the existing motor, contractor must show the burnt motor/winding to the EIC. Old unserviceable copper retrieved will be property of contractor. Rates are inclusive of Old U/s copper winding and u/s spares.

M&L for repairing of valve pit chamber with fabrication of 1 mm thick door of FE-290 grade-E-165 material and painting of door of chamber wherever required as directed by EIC
