(non modular) bricks of class designation 7.5 (Seven decimal five) in superstructure above plinth level up to all floor level in all shapes and sizes in :Cement mortar 1:6 (1 cement : 6 coarse sand) and curing complete including carriage of material with in all leads , lifts and other incidental.

Providing and fixing 35 mm ( thiry five millimetre thick) Kiln seasoned and chemically treated hollock wood glazed shutters for doors, windows and clerestory windows using 4 mm thick float glass panes, including ISI marked M.S. pressed butt hinges bright finished of required size with necessary screws including carriage of material with in all leads , lifts and other incidental.

Extra for providing frosted glass panes 4 mm thick instead of ordinary float glass panes 4 mm ( four mliimetre ) thick in doors, windows and clerestory window shutters. (Area of opening for glass panes excluding portion inside rebate shall be measured). including carriage of material with in all leads , lifts and other incidental.

Providing and fixing 35 mm ( thirty five millimetre thick) and ISI marked flush door shutters conforming to IS : 2202 (Part I) decorative type, core of block board construction with frame of 1st class hard wood and well matched teak 3 ( three) ply veneering with vertical grains or cross bands and face veneers on both faces of shutters.including ISI marked Stainless Steel butt hinges with necessary screws including carriage of material with in all leads , lifts and other incidental.

Providing and applying white cement based putty of average thickness 1 mm, of approved brand and manufacturer, over the plastered wall surface to prepare the surface even and smooth complete.including carriage of material with in all leads , lifts and other incidentals .

Distempering (Two coats )with 1st quality acrylic distemper, having VOC (Volatile Organic Compound ) content less than 50 grams/ litre ( fifty grams per litre ), of approved brand and manufacture, including applying additional coats wherever required, to achieve even shade and colour.including carriage of material with in all leads , lifts and other incidentals .

Applying priming coat with ready mixed pink or Grey primer of approved brand and manufacture on wood work (hard and soft wood)including carriage of material with in all leads , lifts and other incidentals .

Painting wood work with Deluxe Multi Surface Paint of required shade. Two or more coat applied @ 0.90 ltr/10 sqm (zero decimal) ninety litre per ten square metre )over an under coat of primer applied @0.75 ltr/10 sqm (zero decimal seventy five litre per ten square metre ) of approved brand and manufacture including carriage of material with in all leads , lifts and other incidentals .

Painting Steel work with Deluxe Multi Surface Paint to give an even shade.
