Dismantling unserviceable ACSR conductor of any size and type from LT pole and removing the quantity from site complete all as specified and as directed.

Dismantling and taking down existing unserviceable / GI earth continuity conductor (of any size or type) from over head electric line and removing from site complete all as specified and as directed.

Dismantling insulators of any size /type and removing from site complete all as specified and as directed.

Dismantling and taking down mild steel cross arms, bracings, supports, channels, angles, clamps etc from pole structure and removing from site complete all as specified and as directed.

Taking out unserviceable stay assembly including necessary excavation and demolition of PCC foundation and removing the same from site complete all as specified and as directed.

Taking down existing unserviceable stay wire of any size from LT pole complete all as specified and as directed.

Excavation in trenches not exceeding 1.5m wide and not exc. 1.5m depth and getting out in soft/loose soil complete all as specified and as directed.

Returning, filling, including spreading, leveling, watering and well ramming in layers not exc. 25cmin soft/loose soil complete all as specified and as directed.

Removal of excavated soil to a distance not exc 50 m and depositing where directed at a level not exc 1.5 mtr above the starting point complete all as specified and as directed.

Supply and lay for dry river sand filling for cable protection with a layer of 8cm deep before laying and 15cm covering above the top edge of cable after laying and punning to 18 cm complete all as specified and as directed. (Note : Punned thickness shall be measured).

Material and labour for well burnt bricks,Sub class 'B' bricks, best quality locally available laid flat, dry in trenches for cable protection complete all as specified and as directed.

M&L 100 mm bore steel for tubing light grade ISI marked for protection of cable including necessary joint including taking down old unserviceable one complete all as specified and as directed.

Dismantling existing cement poles/ steel struts, any size carefully for reuse including necessary excavation demolition of concrete transportation cost etc. and removing the old unserviceable rubbish etc

M & L for Steel tubular swaged poles complete with cast iron/MS base plate , finial taper plug , bolts , nuts & screws as specified type 410 SP-22 , 8.5 meter long including making hole of 2 inch dia at 2.5 meter from bottom and 1 inch at 8 meter from bottom complete all as specified & directed. Note: PCC anti climbing device, cross arms insulator, ACSR conductor and earth work measure and paid separately)

M&L PCC (1:3:6) type C2 using 40mm graded aggregate as in foundation for stay set /Pole/ Panels etc including fair finish even and fir to exposed surfaces without using extra cement complete all as specified and as directed.

Supply and fixing of loop in loop out junction box with SP 6-32 amp, IP 65 / IP 66 protection halogen free and weather proof of minimum size (130 x 180 x 77) mm, fixed to Pole with suitable clamp including nuts and bolts and washers incl provision of connector fixed to pole complete all as specified and directed.

Supply and fixing PVC medium grade conduit 20 mm dia for drawing cable between pole junction box and light fitting brakect including fixing clamp made of GI strips and nut and bolts (Minimum 3 clamp in each pole to be provided.) complete all as specified and directed.

Supply and fixing 1100 volts grade PVC insulated weather proof sheathed copper cable 1.5 sqmm size 3 core between pole junction box and light fitting complete all as specified and directed.

NOTES: 1. The amount of schedule of credit shall be deducted from the total of this BOQ for arriving at contract sum. 2. The rates for RCC/PCC shall deemed to include the cost of formwork, shuttering etc., required for complete and proper execution of the item. Refer Schedule "A" notes for details.
