EARTHING AND LIGHTENING ARRESTOR 24.1.3 Earthing with G.I. earth plate 600 mmx 600 mm x 6 mm thick including accessories and providing masonry enclosures with cover plate having locking arrangement and watering pipe etc. (but without charcoal or coke and salt) complete as required.

24.1.5 Extra for charcoal or coke and salt for G.I. plate or copper plate earth electrode.

24.1.6 Supplying and laying 25mm x 3mm G.I. strip at 0.5 metre below ground as strip earth electrode including soldering etc. as required.

24.1.7 Supplying and laying 25mm x 3 mm G.I. strip in 40 mm dia,GI pipe as/from earth electrode including soldering etc. as required.

24.1.10 Providing and fixing 25 mm x 5mm copper strip on surface or in recess for connections etc. as required with all labour and material.

24.3.4.1 Supplying and making outdoor cable end termination with heat shrinkable jointing kit complete with all accessories including lugs suitable for following size of 3 core, XLPE aluminium conductor cable of 11 KV grade as required : 70 to 120 sqmm

Supply, Erection and fixing of low loss transformer core silicon steel/ CRGO IS 3024) duly compressed to form of core of required size to handed flux ( maximun 1.9 Tesla) for 200 KVA, 11/ 0.433 KV transformer including tie rod and other T&P, petty material and labour required for fittment to complete the job

Supply and filling of transformer oil (fresh) confirming (IS335) including all labour, T&P and petty material required for filteration and filling into transformer housing/ conservator etc.

Fittment charge of complete core winding etc into transformer housing including necessary material, Nut, Bolts, Seals/ gasket, Transformer Bushing, Silica Gel, insulating material, Packing, Connection to incoming and outgoings bushing, earth terminal etc. to complete the job

Transportation of dismantelled housing etc. from site to the agency's workshop and back to site after fittment including erection at site and making necessary connection to existing cable, earth etc. including all T&P, petty material, labour, crane charges etc. required to complete the job

Testing charges of transformer of complete winding/ fittment at rated voltage, current and frequency as per routine tests specified in IS-2026 in presence of J.E. and S.D.E. (E) incharge
