Dismantling brick or stone masonary in lime or cement mortar under 3m height including stacking the useful material for reuse and removing the debris within 50m lead with cost of all labour T & P etc. complete as per direction of Engineer-in-charge.

Earthwork in excavation for foundation of structures in hard soil upto 3 m depth as per drawing and technical specification including setting out, construction of shoring and bracing, removal of stumps and other deleterious matter, and disposal up to a lead of 50m, dressing of sides and bottom and backfilling with excavated suitable materials and as per direction of Engineer-in-charge.

Filling in foundation and plinth with sand well watered and rammed including cost, conveyance, royalty, taxes of all materials, labour charges, T&P etc. required for the work complete as per specification and direction of the Engineer-in-Charge.

Cement concrete of proportion (1:4:8) in foundation and floors using 40mm & down grade black hard crusher broken granite stone metal,washed & screened sharp sand of approved quality and from approved quarry including hoisting, lowering and laying concrete in layers not exceeding 15cm (6") thick to the required level ramming watering and curring etc. complete including cost ,conveyance, royality, taxes of all materials and labour with T&P required for the work etc. complete including dewatering if required as per specification and direction of the Engineer-in-Charge.

Fly ash brick masonry of size in cement mortar (1:6) using fly ash Bricks having a crushing strength of not less than 75kg/cm2 including splays, cutting , circular moulding chamfering and corbelling watering and curing after immersing the bricks in water for six hours before use with watering, curing including cost, conveyance , royality taxes of all materials labour with T&P required for the work etc. complete as per specification and direction of the Engineer-in-Charge.

R.C.C. M-20 using 20mm size and downgraded size hard broken granite stone chips ffor R.C.C works of approved quality and from approved quarry including hoisting lowering, laying & compacting concrete watering and curing for 4 weeks including smooth, rigid centering, shuttering & finishing the exposed surface smooth with cost, conveyance, royalities and taxes of all materials , labour with T&P required for the work etc. complete in all respect but excluding the cost and conveyance of M.S rods or tor steel and binding wire and labour charges for straightening, cutting, beinding, binding etc. and tying the grills and placing in proper position as per specification & direction of the Engineer-in-charge.

12mm thick cement plaster (1:6) finished smooth to outside brick wall surface after racking out the joint including watering and curring with cost ,conveyance, royality, taxes of all materials and labour with T&P required for the work etc. complete in all respect as per specification and direction of the Engineer-in-Charge.

16mm (5/8") thick cement plaster (1:6) finished smooth to inside brick wall surface after racking out the joints including watering and curing with cost, conveyance, royality, taxes of all materials and labour with T&P required for the work etc. complete in all respect as per specification and direction of the Engineer-in-Charge.

Providing 6 mm thick C.P. in C.M.(1:4) to R.C.C surface finished smooth including closed deep chiping with cost, conveyance of materials labour, T&P required for the work including royalty etc.complete as per direction of the Engineer-in-charge.

Supplying fitting and fixing fully vetrified tiles in floors of size 600mmx600mm of approved make 20mm thick cement mortar (1:4) and filling joints with white cement of appoved quality including cost, conveyance, royalities, taxes of all materials, labour with T&P required for the work etc. complete as per specification and direction of the Engineer-in-Charge.

Providing and fixing Vitrified tiles in dados, skirting and riser of steps on 12mm thick cement mortor (1:3) jointed with neat cement slurry mixed with pigments to match the shades of the tiles inlcuding rubbing and polishing with all cost, conveynace, taxes of tiles labour with T& P required for the work etc. complete as per specification and direction of the Engineer-in-Charge.

Providing and fixing ISI marked both side laminated flush door shutters with hard wood frame confirming to IS 2202(Part 1) of 34mm thickness with approved colour paint over a coat of primer etc including ISI marked necessary hardware fittings such as, SS Concealed Hinges (6"), stopper, Door eye & magnet, SS Tower bolt-8", Mortise lock Handle, Cylinder coin & knob key & knob, SS lock body etc. including cost of all labours, materials, conveyance, hardware fixing, loading and unloading and royalties, sundries and T&P etc all complete as per direction of the Engineer -in-charge.

Supply and fixing UPVC two track two panel single glazed sliding windows with bug mesh having a frame size of 88mm width x 52 mm ht and wall thickness of 2.2 mm the uPVC frame is reinforced throughout with galvanised steel having a thickness of 1.2 mm and a guide rail is provided on the bottom tracks of the frame for smooth sliding of the sash panels. The sash panel has a size of 57 mm width x 42 mm height and wall thickness of 2.2 mm. The sash panel is reinforced throughout with galvanised steel having a thickness of 1.2 mm.The sash panel also comprises of roller,touch lock in each sash panel,glass beading,rubber gasket,finseal for dust removal and an interlock for holding the tracks together.The sash panel is singly glazed with 5mm thick Clear glass .Complying with relevant standard specification the model and brand of the UPVC window has to be approved by the EIC before fixing.The rates shall be inclusive of all cost of materials,labour,T&P etc. complete.

Supplying and fixing upvc ventilator with partially fixed glass,partially top hung & provision for exhaust having a frame size of 60 w x 45 ht and wall thickness of 2mm.The upvc frame is reinforced throughout with galvanised steel of 1.2mm thickness. The sash has a size of 60 w x 78 h and wall thickness 1.2 mm reinforced with galvanised steel throughout. The glazing provided is of thickness 5mm frosted glass both in fixed glass and in sash panel.The model and brand of the upvc ventilator shall be approved by the EIC before fixing.The rates shall be inclusive of all cost of materials,labour,T&P etc. complete.

Providing, fitting and fixing of M.S. Door, M.S Windows, M.S. Grills ,M.S. Grill Gate and Collapsible Gate with top and bottom rails in proper position including making holes in walls, RCC structure including mending, or cutting to sizes or grooves in walls and fixing with CC (1:2:4) with hard black crusher broken granite stone chips of 12mm with cost ,conveyance, royality, taxes of all materials, labour with T&P required for the work etc. complete in all respect as per specification and direction of the Engineer-in-Charge.

Wall painting two coats to walls with plastic emulsion paint of approved shade on old work one coat to give an even shade including cost of paint per 1 sqm with cost, conveyance, taxes of all materials, labour, T&P etc. required for the work complete as per direction of the Engineer-in-Charge.

Finishing walls with two coats of Weather coat paint of over a coat of water bond primer of approved shade on new work/old work two coats to give an even shade including scaffolding, staging charges with cost, convyeyance, taxes of all materials, labour with T&P required for the work etc. complete as per specifiation and direction of the Engineer-in-Charge.

Painting two Coat with Enamel Paint over the wood work / iron work surface including cost of Coal Tar, brushes etc. including cost , conveyance , taxes of all materials with all labour and T&P articles required for the work etc. complete in all respect as per direction of the Engineer in charge .
