Supply, installation, commissioning and testing of diesel engine driven AC generating set with AMF Panel of capacity 625 KVA/500 KW AC, 415 volts 3 phase 50 cycles 4 wire, 12 Cylinders developing 750 BHP at NTP at 1500 rpm, WATER cooled, four stroke, Fuel tank cap 990 ltr,12Vx2 Battery, Acoustic Enclosure and AMF Panel, electric start, confirming to IS: 10002/BS: 5514/ISO 3046 with overload capacity of 10% for one hour in any twelve hours duration, installed on including a PCC platform as per OEM design with complete accessories comprising of the following complete all as specified and directed.

(A) Engine : Diesel Engine in 625 kva model No DV12TA G2, 12 Cylinders developing 750 BHP at NTP at 1500 rpm, WATER cooled, four stroke electric start, confirming to IS: 10002/BS: 5514/ISO 3046 with overload capacity of 10% for one hour in any twelve hours duration. The above offered diesel engine shall be having following accessories as scope of supply

(i) Diesel Engine shall be (12 cylinders ) in line type with mechanical fuel injection system. (ii) The Engine shall be enclosed in an enclosure to make it work silently (within permissible noise level as per CPCB norms) without any degradation in its performance. (iii) The fuel shall be used High Speed Diesel (HSD) as per IS: 1460. (iv) Filter shall be dry type air filter with replaceable elements. (v) The Engine shall have closed loop lubricating system. No moving parts shall require lubrication by hand prior to the start of engine or while it is in operation. (vi) The Engine shall be electric starting by 24 V DC starter motor system). (vii) The engine shall be fitted with Mechanical Governor suitable for class G3 as per ISO 8528.

(B) Alternator: Alternator with rated output of 625 KVA at STP suitable for continuous operation at 1500 RPM developing 415 volts at 0.8 p. f. (lag) suitable for 50 Hz, 3 phase output as per DG ordered. The alternator shall be brushless type, drip proof, screen protected as per IP-23, self excited & self regulated. The alternator will be suitable for tropical climate and shall conform to IS:4722, o +/- 1% voltage regulation in static conditions. o IP 23 protection with class ‘H’ insulation o Permissible overload of 10% for one hour in 12 hours of operation. The alternator with all accessories shall be enclosed in an enclosure to make it work silently.

(C) Battery & Battery Charger/Sound Proof Enclosure/Acoustic Insulation/Door Locks and Door Hinges/Residential Silencer : (i) 12 volt x 2 Nos battery complete with all leads, terminals and stand shall be provided.(ii) The battery charger shall be SMPS based of suitable rating. (iii) The charger shall float and boost charge the battery as per manufacturer recommendation.(iv) One set of Battery & battery charger shall form an independent system, thus there will be two such systems i.e. Mains + Standby systems for Engine starting. (v) This is a special sheet metal fabricated on CNC machine and Powder coated. The enclosure is designed for reducing the sound level to 75 dB (A) (average) all around in green field, as per IS: 8528 Part 10 as per approved CPCB II norms. (vi) Insulated fire retarded PU Foam, non-igniting and noise reduction type, properly clamped shall be provided on all doors, roof and sides to absorb noise. (vii) Special designed Stainless steel Door Locks and doors hinges ensuring for smooth operation and long life. (viii) Absorption type non-resistance Residential Silencer insulated from inside with glass wool shall be provided to suppress exhaust noise from the engine.

Note: (i) DG set shall be tested by IEM or officer detailed by the Accepting Officer in the factory premises upto 12 hrs as per CA specification. (ii) All the free/paid services of DG set upto defect liability period will be carried out by the contractor as per recommendation of OEM. (iii) Cost of testing and servicing shall be included in the quoted rates.

Supply, laying and testing cable XLPE Insulated ,screened, PVC bedded, galvanized steel strip or wire armoured, electric power cables (heavy duty) 1100 Volts grade with stranded aluminium conductor of size 240 sq mm single core complete all as specified and directed.

Supply, laying and testing cable XLPE Insulated ,screened, PVC bedded, galvanized steel strip or wire armoured, electric power cables (heavy duty) 1100 Volts grade with stranded aluminium conductor of size 120 sq mm single core complete all as specified and directed. Note:- For item No 2 & 3:- Cable shall be laid together in 2 run, measured and paid for single run of cable.

Supply, laying, jointing of galvanized iron tubing light grade 100 mm bore (ISI Marked) including provision of all necessary fittings/accessories laid in trenches/walls/ceiling/floors etc for protection of cables complete all as specified and directed.

Supply, laying, jointing of reinforced concrete pipes, class NP3, laid and jointed complete with collars 150 mm bore laid in trenches/walls/ceiling/floors etc for protection of cables complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for earthing complete with galvanised steel earth plate 600x600x6mm thick buried directly in ground earth pit not less than 2.25mtr below normal ground level with top edge of the plate not less than 1.5m deep below normal ground level connected to and including GI strip 32x6mm earth lead by means of nuts, bolts, and washer of galvanised iron, 20mm dia medium grade GI pipe of suitable length as watering pipe with funnel and wire mesh and 40 mm dia GI pipe light grade from earth plate up to test point , including excavation and earth work in any type of soil, PCC pit in PCC (1:2:4) type B1 using 20mm grade stone aggregate steel frame and RCC cover all as shown in electrical plate No 3 of SSR 2009 (Part-I) including testing on completion

Supply, install, testing & commissioning LT panel board indoor type, floor mounted factory made, totally enclosed dust and vermin proof (protection class IP 64), double shutter gear (front & rear opening) with locking arrangement made of MS angle iron frame work of size 50x50x6 mm and 2.0 mm thick MS sheet duly painted with two coats of synthetic enamel paint over a coat of red oxide primer, all as specified. The panel shall be suitable for 415 volts, 50Hz 3 phase 4 wire system and shall be complete with 1500 amps capacity 04 Nos aluminium bus bar including control wiring with copper conductor cable of suitable size including connecting all incoming and outgoing cables by using proper size aluminium thimbles nuts, bolts& washers complete CPRI approved and comprising of the following:-

(i) Incoming: ACB, 415V, 4 pole, 1000 Amps at 50 degree Celsius without any dentation, electrical life without maintenance 10000 operations & mechanical life 20000 operations, 50 KA, microprocessor base, Electrically draw out type, EDO version, Icu=Ics=Icw for 1 sec with individual fault LED for LSING complete range conforms to IS/IEC 60947-2, Neutral pole is 100% rated, In built electrical & Mechanical anti-Pumping arrangement - 01 No

(ii) Outgoing: ACB, 415V, 4 pole, 800 Amps, at 50 degree Celsius without any dentation, electrical life without maintenance 10000 operations & mechanical life 20000 operations, 50 KA, microprocessor base, EDO version, Icu=Ics=Icw for 1 sec with individual fault LED for LSING complete range conforms to IS/IEC 60947-2, Neutral pole is 100% rated, In built electrical & Mechanical anti-Pumping arrangement - 01 No

(iii) Aluminium bus bar strips of 1500 Amp cap with proper colour code , insulator, nuts bolts etc complete - 01 Set.

(iv) On load change over switch, 4 pole, 1000 Amps cap conforms to IS/IEC 60947-3,terminal shrouds, source separator and phase barriers including flip able operating handle - 01 No (For bypass the AMF panel)

(v) Indicator Lamp-01 Set (Set of three)

(vii) Complete control wiring with copper cable of suitable size, thimble etc.

(iii) Aluminium bus bar strips of 1500 Amp cap with proper colour code , insulator, nuts bolts etc complete - 01 Set.

(iv) Indicator Lamp-01 Set (Set of three)

(vi) Complete cotrol wiring with copper cable of suitable size, thimble etc.

Excavation in trenches not exceeding 1.5 mtr wide and not exceeding 1.5 mtr in depth in soft/loose soil for laying/taking out under ground cable and getting out the excavated soil complete all as specified and directed.

Returning, filling in trenches including spreading, leveling, watering and well roaming in layers not exceeding 25 cm thick in soft/loose soil after cable laid and testing complete all as specified and directed.

Removing excavated material exc. 250 m but n exc. 500 m and depositing where directed complete all as specified and directed.

Supply & laying sand coarse dry as in cushioning of underground electric cable in trenches, laid to a uniform thickness of 23 cm (15cm under the cable & 8cm over the cable ) and gently punned down to 18 cm thickness all complete all as specified and directed. Note :- Only punned down sand thickness 18 cm shall be measured and paid.

M&L Supplying and laying un-reinforced precast concrete cable cover Class LV, Type II, flat, size 300 mm x 180mm x 40mm complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for Cement concrete in foundations, filling and mass-concrete type B:1 (1;2;4) using 20 mm graded stone aggregate as in post holes ,post, pillars etc complete all as specified and directed for making good the existing road complete all as specified and directed.
