INTERNAL ELECTRIFICATION

S&F of lamp holder insulated body with back plate for batten fitting with LED lamp 09/10 watt complete all as specified and directed.

S&F energy saving decorative box type batten light fitting surface mounted complete with high efficiency PMMA diffuser soft glare free light LED lamp 20 watt suitable for 120 volts to 270 volts of system efficacy not less then 100 lumen/watt, with all accessories, pre-wired, including LED rod and providing flexible copper wire, twin core cable complete all as specified and directed.

NOTE FOR ITEM N 3.03 TO 3.05 :- (i) For all types of LED fittings and luminaire should be same manufacturer. (ii) LM -79 certificate for all light fittings shall be submitted by the contractor before fixing at site or taking payment against material. (iii) System efficacy should be more than 100 lummens / watt (iv) CRI should be 80 (v) THD should be less than 20% (vi) PF should be more than 0.95

Supply and fixing ceiling fan five star 1200mm sweep complete with stepped type fan regulator 230 volts (single phase) and provisioning of flexible copper cord of size 23/0.0076 of required length from ceiling rose or connector to ceiling fan for giving connection complete all as specified and as directed.

Supply and fixing fiber body exhaust fan with louvers of size 300 mm sweep, 900 RPM 230 volts single phase AC supply complete with, bolt, nuts and washers, suitably embedded in the wall/prefabricated sheet etc including making suitable opening and provisioning of flexible cord copper of size 23/0.0076 from ceiling rose to exhaust fan for giving connection complete all as specified and directed.

Supply and fixing fresh air ventilation fan white plastic body 6 blade 250mm sweep, 1250 RPM 230 volts single AC supply complete with bolt, nuts and washers suitably embedded in the wall including making suitable opening and provisioning of flexible cord copper of size 23/0.0076 from ceiling rose to exhaust fan for giving connection complete all as specified and directed.

S&F MCB SP 6 to 32 Amps, B curve type 10 KA breaking capacity 240 Volts complete all as specified and directed.

Supply and fixing LED security light fitting 35 watt high pressure die cast aluminium housing, heat resistance toughened glass with frame, IP 66 protection complete with connected items and coneection suitable cable from ceiling rose to light fitting and including GI pipe bracket made out of suitable dia of GI pipe medium grade 1.2mtr long bent to shape and fixed on wall with flat iron clamps, nuts, bolts and washer etc complete as specified and directed.

ROAD AND PATH

M&L for 200mm thick (compacted thickness) in two layers of 100 mm thick each GSB (Granular Sub Base) grading I as per table 400-1 MORTH specifications and mixed with 35% coarse graded crushed stone agg by providing close graded material mixing by any means as per site conditions, spreading in uniform layers with motor grader on prepared surface and compacting with vibratory roller 8-12 tonne capacity and maintaining the required density, grading and moisture content as per MORTH specifications complete all as specified and directed

EXTERNAL WATER SUPPLY

Supply, laying jointing and testing centrifugally cast (spun) ductile iron pressure pipe 150 mm bore with socket and spigot ends having ISI stamping marking with IS 8329/2000, class K9 in standard length of 0.50/6.0 m, suitable for and including push on joint (gasket D jointing) with cement morter lining complete all as specified and directed by Engr-in-Charge.

The DI pipe shall be ISI marked with IS:8329. (ii) Fittings, excavation and earth work shall be measured and paid for separately under respective item of Sch. (iii) The testing of the pipe will be carried out after laying and jointing all as per IS : 8329:2000 to the satisfication of the GE with out any extra cost. (iv) The measurement of the pipes shall be net as fixed between the fitting including short lengths without any allowance for cutting and waste and for portion entering the sockets of pipes and fittings. (v) No separate payment for cutting of pipes and no allowance for cuts necessitated during the work shall be made. (vi) Cost of all the above elements shall be deemed to include in the quoted rates of above items

Supply & fixing Ductile iron fitting such as bend, increasing, decreasing or double socket, Tee pieces single branch, 'Y' junction, double branch, cross (all sockets or socket and spigot) collars, tail pieces with one end flanged (Integrally Cast) and one end socket Spigot caps and plugs, upto 100 to 150 mm bore ductile iron pressure pipes of K-9 classification and puch on flexble rubber gasket joints complete all as specified and directed by Engineer-in-Charge. Notes: (i) The weight of the fittings shall be measured and paid as given in relevant IS or actually provided which ever less. (ii) All fittings shall bear relevant IS stamping mark. (iii) Excavation and earth work shall be measured and paid for separately under respective item. (iii) The cost of the joints and jointing materials shall be deemed to be included in rate quoted by the Contractor. (iv) DI pipe & fitting shall be of same make or else DI fitting shall be make suggested by manufacturer of DI pipe.

M&L for construction of brick masonary valve pit of size 90x90x90cm internal dimensions (230mm wall thickness) including mild steel sheet cover 3mm thick over and including angle iron frame of size 40x40x6mm duly painted with 2 coats of synthetic enamel paint over a coat of red oxide primer with locking & fixing arrangement and brick work and all inner sides/bottom of pit shall be plastered with cement mortar (1:4) 15mm and including foundation concrete (1:4:8) type D-2 using stone aggregate 150mm thick, including excavation in soft/loose soil, returning filling, disposal of surplus soil within 50 metre and cement concrete(1:2:4) type B-0 as in coping etc., complete all as directed.

Supply, laying & testing of PVC insulated, PVC sheathed cable galvanized steel strip or wire armoured, electric control cables (Heavy duty) with stranded copper conductor of size 3 Core, 4Sqmm 1100 volts grade, complete all as directed

S&F FRP Junction box of size 250mm x 200mmx105mm with 100 Amps capacity aluminium bus bar 2 Nos and One Nos MCB SP 10 Amps 10KA including clamps made out of flat iron 25x3mm and nuts, bolts, washer and thimbles etc complete all as directed

Supply and fixing LED based street light luminaires of 45 watt new generation energy saving & environmental friendly light fitting. luminaire housing shall be of pressure die-cast aluminium allou LM 24 for gear and extruded aluminium lamp housing heat shrink for beter heat transmission IP 65 protection operating voltage range should be from 85 volts to 264 volt AC and fitting should be suitable for an ambient temp from 40C to 50C and humidity level 10% to 90% including provision of suitable dia of GI pipe light grade bracket with clamps, bolts, nuts and washers etc complete as specified and directed.

SOLAR WATER HEATER

Supply, Install, Testing and Commissioning of 'Solar Hot Water System' Flat plate collector based on indirect transfer of heat of capacity 100 Ltrs Per day including all standard accessories with electric backup complete all as specified and directed. Notes:- (a) System shall be installed by OEM or their authorised representative. (b) Cost of Hot water tank, staging, electrical backup as per recommendation of Manufacturer is included in overall cost quoted. (c) System shall be periodically checked by authorised representative of firm at interval of three months till completion of defects liability period. Any defects shall be made good without any extra cost to Govt. (d) Rate of solar water system includes the cost of backup stainless steel hot water tank insultated

S&F 15 mm bore GI pipe for Hot water piping with connections/fittings duly insulated with glass wool 25mm and aluminium cladding, complete all as specified and as directed
