Excavation in foundations,trenches etc in earth work in all kind of soil, such as pick work, jumper work, blasting hard or soft rock by chiselling where the blasting work is prohibited slushy daldal and saturated soil including pumping or bailing out water with in all heights, stacking the excavated soil within all leads clear from the edge of excavation and then returning the stacked soil in 15cm (fifteen centimetres) layers, when required into plinths, of foundations etc consolidating each deposited layer by ramming and watering and then disposing of all surplus excavated earth, as per the direction of Engineer-in-Charge with in all leads and lifts.

Providing and laying cement concrete 1:4:8(1:cement :4 sand:8 graded stone aggregate 40 mm nominal size) and curing complete excluding cost of form work in:-Foundation and plinth i/c carriage of material within all leads and lifts.

Random rubble masonry/polygenal rubbe masonry ( un-coursed/bright to courses) with hard stone of approved quality in foundation and plinth including levelling up with C.M 1:6:12 (1cement:6 sand :12 graded stone aggregate 20mm nominal size) in CM 1:6 (1cement: 6 sand) in breast wall & retaining walls complete in all respect including all leads and lifts.

Ist class Brick work using common burnt clay building bricks in super structure above plinth level upto floor two level in cement mortor 1:6 (1cement:6sand), with in all leads and lifts.

Providing and laying upto floor two level cement concrete 1:2:4 (1 cement : 2 Sand : 4 graded stone aggregate 20mm nominal size) and curing complete including form work in: String courses coping bed plates, anchor blocks plain window sills and the like

Fixing panel fecing of size 1.80m x 1.20m wide comprising of 40mm dia G.I pipe MS wire guage mesh in Boundary wall complete in all respect.

Finishing walls with water proofing cement paint of approved brand and manufacture of required shade on undecorated wall surfaces (two coats) to give an even shade after throughly brushing the surface to remove all dirt and remains of loose powdered materials complete with in all leads and lifts.

Painting two coats (excluding priming coat) on new steel & other matel surfaces coat with ready mixed paint brushing to give an even shade including cleaning of all dirts,dust and other foreign matter sand papering and stopping with paint with in all leads and lifts.
