Dismantling posts or struts (wood, steel or R.C.C.) any section, embedded in concrete , brickwork, masonary etc. including taking out embedded portion and making good disturbed ground, complete all as specified and as directed.

Excavating in post holes (or similar holes) in soft/loose soil, each n exc 0.5 cu. m, getting out,and removing soil out of the site ,complete all as specified and as directed.

M&L providing plain cement concrete type C-2, (1:3:6), (using 40 mm graded stone aggregate), Cement concrete in foundations, filling and mass concrete complete all as specified and directed.

S&F Hand rails, half round or other steel section or core for wooden hand-rail straight portion, drilled and countersunk for balusters running bars, for doors, balusters, nosing to steps including embeding in concrete and screwing etc. wind ties for roof including securing bolts; posts and struts in fencing including cutting tops to shape as directed, drilling holes, notching for wire, etc.; flat iron fillets (for securing wire mesh etc.) including all necessary drilling, bolting or riveting, etc., and similar work conforming to Fe-290 Gde E-165 including necessary prepration of surface and applying a coat of red oxide zinc chrome primercomplete all as specified and directed.

Dismantling wrought iron or mild steel work of any description not otherwise provided for. complete all as specified and directed.

S&F framed work such as grills, gratings, etc with ends of bars shouldered and/or revited, or forged into spikes; framed guard bars; barred iron doors; ladders; framed balusters; walk ways; railings; framework of water tanks and similar work confirming to Fe.290. Gde-E-165, including necessary prepration of surface and applying a coat of red oxide zinc chrome primer,complete all as specified and directed.

M&L preparation new iron and steel surfaces of any description, exc 10 cm width or girth and applying two coats of synthetic enamel paint complete all as specified and directed.

M&L preparation Old iron and steel surfaces of any description, exc 10 cm width or girth and applying two coats of synthetic enamel paint complete all as specified and directed.

M&L TMT bar 10 mm dia and over, cut to length, bent to shape required, including cranking, hooking ends for securing chain link fencing complete all as specified and as directed.

M&L preparation new iron and steel surfaces of any description, not exc 10 cm width or girth and applying two coats of synthetic enamel paint over a coat of red oxide zinc chromr primer complete all as specified and directed.

Dismantling fencing wire mesh, any type complete all as specified and directed.

S&F in repair Galvanised. 2 strand, steel barbed wire 2.24mm dia barbed with 2mm dia barbs at 75mm spacings and straining and fixing to any type of standard rails straining bolts, including, securing or tying at crossings with and provision of galvanised mild steel wire, staples or steel pins, etc. as directed (each line wire to be measured) complete all as specified and as directed.

Fixing only chain link fencing including line wires, any mesh, size and type to any type of standards, rails, straining bolts, etc. including provission of binding wire complete all as specified and as directed.

Supply only chain link MS galvanized fencing 4mm dia and size as ordered, complete all as specified and as directed.

Demolition of unreinforced Concrete in ground floors and pavings n exc 15 cm thickness (below or above ground level) complete all as specified and directed.

M&L 100mm thick plain cement concrete type D2 (1:4:8) using 40mm graded stone aggregate as in sub base complete all as specified and directed.

S&F 60mm thick factory made chamfered edge cement concrete paver block of M-35 grade with approved colour, design & pattern as in footparth, parks, lawns, drive ways or light traffic parking etc., of required strength, thickness & size/shape, made by table vibratory method using PU mould, laid in required colour & pattern over and including 50mm thick compacted bed of fine sand, compacting and proper embedding/ laying of inter locking paver blocks into the sand bedding layer through vibratory compaction by using plate vibrator, filling the joints with sand and cutting of paver blocks as per required size and pattern, finishing and sweeping extra sand complete all as specified and directed.

M&L brick work with sub class 'B' bricks, old size bricks, straight or curved on plan exceeding 6m mean radius built in cement mortar (1:6) including demolition of existing unserviceable brick work or stone/boulder masonry, built in cement mortar including all quoins, arches, pillars etc. complete all as specified and directed.

M&L providing plain cement concrete type B0 (1:2:4), (using 12.5 mm graded stone aggregate), as in copings, bed plates and the like including weathering, slightly rounded or chamfered angles & throating as directed including necessary form work as required complete all as specified and directed.

M&L plain cement concrete type B-2, (1:2:4),(using 40 mm graded stone aggregate), surface channels and drains complete all as specified and directed.

M&L precast reinforced cement concrete 1:2:4 (using 20mm graded stone aggregate) type B1 as in landings, cover slabs(for man holes etc) chullah hoods, chajjas, water troughs, mangers, shelves and similar articles with plain faces and set in cement mortar 1:6 complete all as specified and as directed. Note: TMT bars will be measured and paid seperately

M&L TMT bar 10 mm dia and over, cut to length, bent to shape required, including cranking, bending spirally for hooping for columns, hooking ends and binding with and including mild steel wire (annealed) not less than 0.9mm dia or securing with clips complete all as specified and as directed.

M&L Formwork to soffits of suspended slabs such as roof slabs, floor slabs, landings and similar work; not exceeding 200mm thick (Horizontal or sloping) flat, rought finished surfaces of concerete complete all as specified and directed. complete all as specified and directed.

S&F Diving board made of fibre reinforced with wood core, anti skid, length 3 meter, width 500mm, 50mm thick fixed with and including MS falcrum and roller and other fixing acessories as required complete all as per manufacturers's instruction and as directed.
