S & F for Pre-painted galvalume aluminum zinc coating GI based Plain steel sheet 0.50mm thick of any colour having tensile strength of 550 Mpa & minimum AZ @150 gm/Sqm( be coated with hot dip alloy of 55 % aluminium, 43.5% Zinc, 1.5% Silicon and finished with resin coat on both surface @ 150 gm/Sqm of coating both surfaces) as in roof covering/ cladding to wall, fixed with self tapping screws complete all as specified & directed.

Taking down cement plaster of brick or stone masonry etc including raking out joints,hacking for key & scrubbing down with water etc & removal of rubbish out off from site etc complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for rendering 15 mm thick on brick masonry/concrete surface etc in CM (1:4)in two layer,mixed with water proofing compound , trowelled to fair finished even & smooth without using extra cement complete all as specified and directed. (Note:Water proofing compound shall be measured and paid seprerately under respective item of "BoQ")

Supply only liquid water proofing compound ISI mark complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for rendering 15 mm thick on brick masonry/concrete surface etc in cement mortar (1:6) surface finished even & smooth without using extra cement complete all as specified and directed.

M & L for preparation of newly plastered surfaces of walls/chajjas/lintel and applying two coats of cement base paint (white or tinted) over a coat of alkali resistant primer, complete all as specified & directed.

M&L for laying GI tubing light grade 40 mm dia with all fittings for cable protection including GI clamps nut bolts and washer etc all as specified.

M&L for 75 mm thick plain cement concrete 1:4:8 type D-2 (using 40 mm graded crushed stone aggregate) as in sub base of flooring etc complete all as specified and directed.

Dismantling floor, hearth or wall tiling including cement mortar bedding (but not backing) including removing the all rubbish off from the premises complete all as specified and directed.

M & L for 25 mm thick plain cement concret (PCC) 1:2:4 type B-1(using 20 mm graded crushed stone aggregate) as in padding, benching, sunken portion etc.,on roof surface for correcting/ making proper slope on roof, etc., and surfaces finished even and smooth using extra cement, complete etc all as specified and directed.

M&L for 10mm thick vitrified ceramic (dark shade) tiles polished area of each tiles not exceeding 0.36 sqm laid in vertical surface as in dado/skirting etc over & including 10 mm thick rendering in CM 1:4,set & jointed in neat cement slurry and pointed in coloured cement to match complete all as specified and directed.

Demolition of brick work of any description and in any position built in cement or cement lime mortar including all quoins, arches, pillars including segregation of serviceable bricks for reuse & removal of rubbish out off from site etc complete all as specified and directed.
