Demolition of brick work of any description and in any position built in cement or cement lime mortar including all quoins, arches, pillars including segregation of serviceable bricks for reuse & removal of rubbish out off from site etc complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for Brick work using Sub class "B" bricks old size , straight or curved on plan exceeding 6m mean radius, built in cement mortar 1:6 etc complete all as specified & directed.

M&L for rendering 10 mm thick on fair face of brick masonry/concrete surface etc., in CM (1:6) surface finished even & smooth without using extra cement complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for preparation of newly plaster surface of wall and applying two coats of cement base paint over a coat of alkali resistant primer including necessary scaffolding complete all as specified & as directed.

Dismantling of asbestos cement sheet (corrugated or semi corrugated etc) as in roof covering complete all as specified and as directed.

S&F Pre- painted galvalume aluminum zinc coating GI based corrugated steel sheet 0.50mm thick of any colour having tensile strength of 550 Mpa as in roof covering/cladding to wall, fixed with self tapping screws complete all as specified and as directed.

S&F Pre- painted galvalume aluminum zinc coating GI based plain steel sheet 0.50mm thick of a colour having tensile strength of 550 Mpa as in ridge, fixed with self tapping screws complete all as specified and as directed.

Dismantling wall and ceiling boarding, any description, fixed in any position with nails/screws complete all as specified and directed.

S & F for providing aluminium snap grid frame work for false ceiling system with size 605 mm x 605 mm, consisting of main runner of size 36.5 mm x 25 mm x 1.4 mm (weight not less than @ 0.24 Kg/Rm) and cross Tee of size 23.5 mm x 36.4 mm x 1.4 mm (weight not less than @ 0.191 Kg/Rm). The snap grid shall be supported at end all along the wall with aluminium anodised angle of size 40 mm X 25 mm X 2 mm (weight not less than @ 0.36 Kg/Rm).The snap grid shall be fixed to ceiling supporting hangers consisting of 2 mm dia mild steel wire /GI wire, J-bolts ,nuts and washers as per manufacturer's instructions and complete all as specified and directed by Engr-in-Charge.

M & L for 4.0 mm thick Non asbestos fibre cement building boards fixed in ceiling flat or sloping fixed or laid/ inserted to timber/GI/Aluminium framework with screws complete all as specified and directed by Engr-in-Charge.

M&L for prepartion of old painted of steel surface of any description , not otherwise described over 10 cm in width or girth and applying one coat of aluminium paint on old steel painted surface complete all as specified & directed.
