Demolition of Stone slabs and tiles of any description or thickness in roof floors laid bedded and pointed in any mortar etc.

Demolition of cement/lime concrete of any description and in roof otherwise specially provided, all as specified and as directed.

Plain cement concrete 1:2:4, type B0 (using 12.5 mm graded stone aggregate) as levelling course concrete ,covings,haunching,padding concrete on roof surface, covings for drain gutter portion etc all as specified and as directed.

Taking down old cement plaster on wall incl racking out joint hacking for keys and scrubing down with water

Cutting grooves in brick wall, 75mm wide and 65mm deep and shaping horizontal face of groove with cement mortar 1:3

Rendering 15 mm thick on brick/concrete surface with cement mortar 1:4 with water proofing compound finished even & fair complete all as specified and as directed. Note: WPC Shall be measured and paid seperately.

Supply only liquid water proofing compound.

M & L APP based polymeric membrane minimum weighing 3kg/sqm and minimum 3mm thick reinforced with polyster non woven fabric (wt. not less than 150 gms/sqm) laid by torch application with side lap 75mm (minimum) and end lap 150mm (minimum) over and including bituminous primer @ 0.4 kg/sqm and applying 2 coat of bituminous aliminium paint @ 0.125 ltr / Sqm each layer on top surface of APP all as per manufacturere instruction including necessary testing complete all as specified and directed. Make APP membrane, bituminous primer and bituminous aluminium paint shall be as specified in Particular specification here-in-after.

Removing building materials etc. to a distance of 2km or under, beyond the lead included in the rates, including loading, unloading and stacking at the destination(Per Load contains 3 Cum)

Taking down rainwater pipes (any size or pattern), including all fittings, heads, shoes, bends, swan-necks, etc. (measured overall as fixed along the centre line over fittings and accessories)

S&F for PVC (SWR) 110 mm pipe single socketed in any length with rubber ring joint fixed to walls including clamps complete all as specified and directed.

S&F 110mm dia PVC (SWR) bend as specifed and directed.
