Providing and laying in position cement concrete of specified grade excluding the cost of centering and shuttering - All work up to plinth level :1:4:8 (1 Cement : 4 coarse sand (zone-III) : 8 graded stone aggregate 40 mm nominal size).

Providing and fixing machine cut, mirror/ eggshell polished , Granite stone work for wall lining (veneer work) including dado, skirting, risers of steps etc., in required design and pattern (if required with marble stone slab pieces of different shapes, sizes & texture but of even thickness) on 12 mm (average) thick cement mortar 1:3 (1 cement : 3 coarse sand) laid and jointed with white cement slurry @ 3.3 kg/sqm including pointing with white cement slurry admixed with pigment of matching shade, including rubbing, curing, polishing etc. all complete as per Architectural drawings, and as directed by the Engineer-in-Charge. 18 mm thick Granite stone of any colour and any shade as approved by Engineer-in-Charge.

Providing and fixing stainless steel ( Grade 304) railing made of Hollow tubes, channels, plates etc., including welding, grinding, buffing, polishing and making curvature (wherever required) and fitting the same with necessary stainless steel nuts and bolts complete, i/c fixing the railing with necessary accessories & stainless steel dash fasteners , stainless steel bolts etc., of required size, on the top of the floor or the side of waist slab with suitable arrangement as per approval of Engineer-in-charge, (for payment purpose only weight of stainless steel members shall be considered excluding fixing accessories such as nuts, bolts, fasteners etc.).

Providing & fixing hard drawn sheet wire mesh fabric 75x25mm of weight not less than 4.75kg/sqm fixed (welded) on frame of angle iron 50x50x6mm and T-iron 50x50x6mm with flat iron of size 20x5mm including cutting welding, hoisting and fixing in position with M.S. flat clamps of size 50x6mm of 1.15m length applying a priming coat of steel primer of approved brand and manufacture etc. complete as per drawing and direction of Engineer-in-charge.

Wiring for light point/ fan point/ exhaust fan point/ call bell point with 1.5 sq.mm FRLS PVC insulated copper conductor single core cable in surface / recessed medium class PVC conduit, with modular switch, modular plate, suitable GI box and earthing the point with 1.5 sq.mm FRLS PVC insulated copper conductor single core cable etc.as required.Group C

Wiring for circuit/ submain wiring alongwith earth wire with the following sizes of FRLS PVC insulated copper conductor, single core cable in surface/ recessed medium class PVC conduit as required. 2 X 2.5 sq. mm + 1 X 2.5 sq. mm earth wire

Providing and Installation of Fountain Open well submersible pump ,KOSI -216,2 HP 210 Volts, Size 65mmx50mm with Control Panel with nozzle brass,supply pipe,drain out pipe 90mm,Elbos/Socket,Ball valves 63mm ball valve UPVC 90mm,32mm G.I. coated pipe for fountain ring and MCV with all lighting arrangement or as per Engineer-in-charge.
