Selection of Transaction Advisor for best-use Development in Sea-Facing Land Parcel at Bengre, Mangalore

The Bidder should have experience of at least one Transaction Advisory/ Consultancy/ Feasibility Study/ Pre-feasibility Study for undertaking financial feasibility assessments and providing bid advisory, transaction advisory, or consultancy services for the development of an infrastructure project on a Public-Private Partnership (PPP) basis. The project should have been carried out for a public sector organization, including the central government, state government, or a Public Sector Undertaking (PSU) in India. Furthermore, this assignment must have been initiated within the five years preceding the PDD. 4 marks will be awarded for fulfilling the minimum criteria.An additional 4 marks will be awarded for each extra project completed beyond the minimum requirement, with a maximum of 2 projects (maximum 8 marks). Further, if these extra projects are based in the State of Karnataka, an additional 1 mark per project shall be awarded (maximum 3 marks).Supporting Document to be submitted (all document to be submitted unless otherwise specified):Work order or contract Completion certificate of the project issued by the client Copy of first page of the concessionaire agreement

The Bidder should have experience of at least one Transaction Advisory/ Consultancy/ Feasibility Study/ Pre-feasibility Study for undertaking assignments involving coastal tourism development/ Inland Waterways development/ maritime development related projects. The assignment must have been undertaken and completed within 05 years preceding the PDD.
