Total price for the design, planning, investigation, survey, engineering, manufacture/procurement, manufacturer’s quality assurance, shop testing (including type testing where specified/required), transportation, handling storage, erection including all civil/structural works, electrical and general works, piping, cabling, instrumentation, installation, testing and commissioning, training, services, permits and insurance at all stages, and all related works for connectivity, Statuatory Inspection & Testing, Additional work/Cabling for Power Evacuation and works related with Single Phase to Three Phase Conversion and installation of Power evacuation transformer if required, and executing everything necessary to complete the project sucessfully in all respects to its full satisfaction for the Grid-tied 70 kWp solar photovoltaic system on the rooftop of buildings owned by LSGD Kasaragod viz Kasaragod district Panchayath and handing over the SPV Plant to LSGD Kasaragod after proving the performance ratio(AC) as detailed in clause 2.2.3 of volume 1 of the tender document.

Total price for Operation and Maintenance (O & M) charges of the Solar Photovoltaic Power Plant for a period of 5 year including arrangement of cost of replacement of all the defective parts, consumables, tools, tackles, testing equipments & instruments, manpower, all administrative work, maintenance of records and submissions to all concerned authorities for the Grid-tied 70 kWp solar photovoltaic system in total 7 locations on the rooftop of buildings owned by LSGD Kasaragod viz Kasaragod district panchayath including all taxes as per GST, covered under Guarantee period for a period of 5 years from the date of handing over.
