Cast in situ saddle (anchor) blocks 90 Nos, not exceeding 0.30 Cum by volume in M-15 grade, crushed aggregate 20 mm in PCC by way of providing, mixing, laying and compacting in position of the concrete, curing for the specified period including grouting of 450 mm foundation bolts of dia 20 mm x 02 Nos for fastening of the rising main pipe by way holed clamping strips of 03mm thickness as per drawing details. (excluding cost of nut-bolts and fastener strips)

Providing, sizing, cutting of nuts and bolts vide item No 02 (3.14x 100 x 450)x2 x 90 Nos

Providing, cutting, drilling and sizing of 470 mm x40 mm x 3mm MS strip for U clamps (470 x40 3) x 90 Nos = 0.005 cum

Providing and laying M7.5 grade 40mm Nalah aggregate PCC for foundation pad bed as per the drawing details. The job includes providing, mixing, laying and compacting of the concrete mix in position and cost of the materials.

Cast in situ foundation pads 4’x4’x9’x2 Nos in RCC 1:2:4 crushed stone 20 mm nominal size, by way of providing, mixing, laying and compacting in position of the concrete, curing for the specified period excl. form works, shuttering, centring, strutting etc.

Cast in situ plum concrete in M10 (1 cement, 3 coarse, 6 aggregate) for foundation wall, inc cost of materials 6” x 2’.6” x 90’ = 112.5 cft

Providing, mixing, compacting & laying of M15 RCC nominal mix crushed aggregate 20 mm (1cement 2 coarse sand 4 aggregate) for wall up to plinth level, excluding cost of shuttering, centring, form work and steel. The work includes grouting of the steel columns SC 100 & MC 100 6” x 2’.6” x 90’= 112.5 cft 1’.6’ x 4’ x 90’ = 540 cft

Reinforcement of RCC work inc straightening, cutting, bending,, placing in position & binding complete job mild steel and medium tensile bars

Carriage of materials (sand/aggregate) by mechanical transport lead upto 11 Km vide item No 6 & 8

Form work, centring, shuttering, strutting etc. including labour charge.

Providing of corrugated sheets 0.63 mm thick with Zinc coated roofing 7 walling, fixed with polymer coated j or L hooks, bots and nuts 8 mm dia with bitumen & GI limpet washers filled with white lead and including a coat of approved steel primer and two coats of approved paints on the overlapping of the sheets complete (pitch up to 60 degree) excluding the cost of purlins and rafters. The job includes providing of eves boards & soffits as per the given dimensions and leaving of ventilators of 1’.6” x 2’.0” on opposite sides provided with 1” x1” mesh crates. Other holes or passages for cable and wires shall be provided as required.

Providing, mixing, compacting & laying of M15 RCC nominal mix crushed aggregate 20 mm (1cement 2 coarse sand 4 aggregate) for collection chamber 8’ x 6’x 6’in volumes, excluding cost of shuttering, centring, form work and steel.
