Excavation in trenches n.exc 1.5m wide and n.exc 1.5m in depth and getting out in soft loose soil complete all as specified and directed.

Returning, filling in including spreading, levelling, watering and well ramming in layers n.exc 25cm thick complete all as specified and directed.

Removing of excavated material n.exc 50m and depositing where directed at a level n.exc 1.5m above the starting point complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for Type B1 1:2:4, using 20mm graded agregrate for pole coping / road / drain / path against damage due to excuvation/laying of cable complete all as specified and directed.

Supply and fixing HDPE double wall pipe corugated pipe of size 40 mm dia for cable protection laid in trenches in lieu of sand/brick protection.

Supply and laying in trenches XLPE insulated, armoured, heavy duty electric cable with stranded aluminium conductor, 1100 Volts grade cross section area 6 Sqmm 2 core and connection complete with aluminium cable lugs including dismantling taking down unsv one all as specified and directed.

M&L for steel tubular swaged pole complete with cast iron base plate , finial taper plug bolts nuts and screws confirming to IS : 2713 and made out of structural steel tube confirming to IS: 1161 and painted internally with a coat of bituminous paint and externally one primer coat, one under coat and one finishing coat of aluminium paint as specified type 410, SP-31 (09 mtr long) including dismentling taking down unserviceable one complete all as directed and specified.

S & F MS cross arm, bracings, supports, clamps, nuts, bolts and washers on Pole including painting with one primer coat, one under coat and one finishing coat of aluminium paint incl dismentling taking down unserviceable one complete all as directed and specified.

M&L for dismantling taking out cables 10 sqmm to 35 sqmm from trench, including making straight through joints at damaged portion and relaying to trench complete all as directed and specified. (Note: Earth work, sand & Brick protection will be measured and paid separately. Heat shrink straight through cable joints inclusive of quoted rate )

S & F Bollard 9 watt including dismantling taking down unsv one complete all as specified and directed,. [Make- Bajaj, Model-MUSHRUMZ, BLBMC 9W WW LED or equivelent of CG/ halvells/ Philips/ Wipro]

Attending electrical complaints and call on repair of control panel of street light, security light, garden light, perimeter light, tower light & high mast light provided inside Dockyard, decarbonizing all contact points of contactors , replacement of wornout aluminium cable lugs, wornout screws, nuts, bolts and washers, tightening the loose connections whereever required, adjustment of timer, cleaning and restore the power supply complete all as directed and specified. [Note : (i) Replacement of spares viz MCB, MCCB, contactors, timers, cables, will be measured and paid for separately as supply only and labour element for taking down the replaced spares shall be deemed to included in the unit rate quoted. (ii) If the qty of complaints to be attended in a control panel/LT panel is more than 01 No in a day, altogether the complaints will be considered only 1 (one). (iii) The contractor has to engage qualified electricians and helpers in sufficient Nos to attend and rectify the defects].

Supply only power contactor 3 phase, 415V, 32 amps cap utilsed for heavy duty by taking down the old perished / deteriorated contactor complete all as directed and specified. [Make: Schneider, Model-ETVS-LC1E3201 or equivelent of Legrand/L&T/ABB]

Supply only surface mounting Analog time switches heavy duty of 230 V 50Hz including dismantling taking down unsv one and all as specified and directed Make : 6499 15 Maxi Rex 4QT (daily) of Legrand or equivelent of ABB/L&T

M&L for painting of RCC pole any type with one coat of cement based outdoor paint of approved colour after complete surface including writing pole number with synthetic enamel black paint complete all as directed and specified.

M&L for painting of steel fabricated light tower not less than 10 mtr high with one coat of aluminium paint after preparation of complete surface complete surface including writing tower number with synthetic enamel black paint complete all as directed and specified.

M&L for white wash to pole coping PCC at alternate 60 days complete all as directed and specified.

M & L for Earthing complete with galvanised steel pipe electrode, 40mm bore, medium grade, 2.5 mtr long buried directly and vertically in ground with top edge at ground level after making bore hole of size not less than 300 mm dia and 2.65 Mtr long using suitable mechanical drilling rig or mannually (for drilling near the specified location), connected with galvanised steel earthing strip 25x4mm all as shown in Plate No-2, connected to the earthing test point, concrete pit in PCC 1:3:6 type C-2 with RCC precast pit cover slab 400mmx400mmx80mm with handle for lifting made out of 8mm dia MS rod, funnel, wiremesh, charcoal and salt in alternate 150mm thick layers around GI earth pipe, including necessary returning filling in & removal all as specified or indicated in SSR Part-I, including testing to achieve earth resistance value as per IS specification on completion.

S&F PVC junction box of outdoor type, weather proof, with provision of hole at bottom for cable entry, hinged door with locking arrangement, of size not less than 200mm (L) x 100mm(B) x 300mm (H) incl taking down unserviceable one, fixed to pole with MS clamp, nuts, bolts and washers complete including one 3ph 4 pole connection block complete all as directed and specified. [Make- Syntex / hansel ]

S&F street light bracket made with 40mm bore medium grade MS pipe, bent to shape of total length 1200 mm with 2 pair of MS clamp, nuts bolts washers painted with one coat of red oxide and two coat of aluminium paint incl dismatling taking out unsv one complete all as directed and specified.

Supply and fix flood light fitting 60 Watt 230 volts made up of pressure die cast aluminium housing with toughened glass and high power LEDs and secondary lenses with IP66 protection complete all as directed and specified. (Make : CG model no LFL-50-CDL/60-M)
