M&L for applying a coat of plastic emulsion paint on road or concrete surfaces of any description over 10cm girth or width, not otherwise described all as specified and directed by Engineer-in-Charge.

M & L for preparing bituminous surfaces of road and marking 2.5mm thick centre lines, stop lines, dashes, arrows etc. and the like exc 10cm wide on roads pavements with hot applied thermo plastic road marking paint of approved colour confirming to BS 3262-1989 with special applicator machine all as per manufacturers instruction complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for applying two coats of synthetic enamel paint on brick, stone, concrete, asbestos cement or plaster surface of any description over 10cm girth or width, not otherwise described including preparation of old surface & priming paints plaster coat as specified & directed by Engineer-in-charge.

Demolition of stone/brick masonary built in cement mortar (1:6) as specified and directed by Engineer-in-Charge.

M&L for Brickwork with fly ash bricks, straight or curved on plan exc 6m mean radius, built in CM (1:4) as specified & directed by Engineer-in-Charge.

Taking down cement plaster on stone walls including raking out joints, hacking for key, scrubbing down with water all as specified

M&L for rendering 15mm thick plaster on Concrete Surface in cement mortor (1:4) finished the surface even and smooth without extra cement.

M&L for 05 mm thick , plaster in cement mortar (1:4) on surfaces of ceiling and finishing the surface even and smooth without using extra cement all as specified & directed by Engineer-in-charge.

Dismantling floor, hearth or wall tiling including cement mortar bedding (but not backing), removing serviceable tiles to store and rubbish off the premises.

M&L 10mm thick rendering on old stone surface in cement mortor 1:4 without using extra cement all as specified and directed by Engineer-in-Charge.

M&L for non skid ceramic coloured tiles 7 to 8 mm thick, (square/rectangular) area of each tiles exceeding 0.11 Sqm but not exceeding 0.18 Sqm as in floors etc set & jointed in neat cement slurry and pointed in white or coloured cement to match the colour of tiles over and including screed bed or bedding layer of 15mm thick in CM (1:6) complete all as specified & directed by Engineer-in-charge.

S&F glazed ceramic tiles 350x250x7to 8 mm thick on vertical surfaces in dado/skirting set & jointed in neat cement slurry and pointed in white or coloured cement to match the colour of tiles over and including 10mm thick plaster using CM (1:4) as backing layer complete all as specified & directed by Engineer-in-charge.

M & L for Vitrified ceramic colour (Dark shade) tiles 10mm thick (square/ rectangular) polished, area of each tiles not exceeding 0.36sqm , in floors etc, set and jointed in neat cement slurry and pointed in white cement or cloured to match including 15 mm thick screed bed in CM 1:6 to receive floor tiles all as specified and directed by Engineer-in-Charge.

M&L for two coats of white wash on newly plastered surfaces of ceiling including preparation of surfaces all as specified and directed by Engineer-in-Charge.

M&L for preparation new plastered or unplastered surface and applying two coat of cement base paint on walls all as specified and directed by Engineer-in-charge.

S&F 35mm thick factory made, second class hard wood, plain framed, panelled shutters (any number of panels) with lock rail and panel of 9mm BWP commercial ply as specified in particular specifications or 12mm veneered particle board with commercial veneering on both faces include 12mm x 15mm teak wood beading around the panel and making chamfered fixed with tack cut nails. The size of rail and styles shall be as per IS:1003 (Part I), Kiln seasoned and chemically pressure treated complete all as specified and directed by Engr-in-Charge.

S&F in repair 35mm thick factory made Flush shutters, solid core construction, with particle board core and plywood face panels, commercial type on both sides complete all as specified and directed by Engr-in-Charge.

Material and labour for PCC type B-0 1:2:4 (using 12.5 mm graded stone aggregate) in walls any thickness, any shape including pilasters, buttresses columns, pillars, boundary pillars and posts (including caps and bases) ,fixing hold fast for door/window complete all as specified and directed by Engineer-in-charge.

S&F in repair powder coated of any colour aluminium frame for doors, windows, ventilators with one or more rebates including joining cleat complete all as specified and directed by Engr-in-Charge. Note:- Thickness of powder coating shall not be less than 50 micron.

S&F in repair powder coated of any colour aluminium door shutters, aluminium section including necessary joining cleats, glazing clips, rubber neoprene packing, handles 2 Nos, in each door, hinges, anodised aluminium snap beading screws etc. complete all as specified and directed by Engr-in-Charge. Note:- Thickness of powder coating shall not be less than 50 micron.

S&F in repair for powder coated aluminium window and ventilator shutters, fixed type without sash bar, aluminium section including necessary joining cleats, glazing clips, rubber packing, anodised aluminium snap beading, screws etc complete all as specified and directed by Engr-in-Charge.

S & F aluminium alloy wire cloth, 0.56mm nominal dia of wire and average width of aperture 1.40mm and fixed with aluminium wire staples or clip in aluminium frame complete all as specified & directed by Engineer-in-charge.

Supply & Fix sheet glass 5.5mm thick, ordinary quality and glazing with oil putty in square exc 0.5 sq. m in each pane complete all as specified and directed by Engineer-in-charge.
