Earth work in excavation by mechanical means (Hydraulic excavator) over areas (Exceeding 30cm in depth. 1.5mtr in width as well as 10 sqm on plan) including disposal of excavated earth, lead upto 50m and lift upto 1.50m, disposed earth to be levelled and neatly dressed .(All kinds of soils 40% , Ordinary rock 30% & Hard rock requiring blasting 30%)

Filling available excavated earth as obtained from earth work in bulk excavation in layers not exceeding 200MM in thickness including the watering , compacting & rolling with 80-100 KN Road Roller. (All leads and lifts complete.)

Providing and laying in position cement concrete of specified grade excluding the cost of centring and shuttering-All work upto plinth level in 1:3:6(1cement: 3 coarse sand: 6 graded stone aggregate 20mm nominal size using plums (size not over 160mm split nallah stone or quarry stone @ 30% of grass volume) crushed (Including Carriages)

Providing and laying cement concrete in retaining walls, return walls, walls (any thickness) including attached pilasters, columns, piers, abutments, pillars, posts, struts, butteresses, string or laces, courses, parapets, coping, bed blocks, anchor blocks, plain window sills, fillets etc. upto floor five level, excluding the cost of centring, shuttering and finishing in 1:3:6(1 cement: 3 coarse sand : 6 graded stone aggregate 20mm nominal size) (using 30% plums) crushed (Including Carriages)

Providing and laying in position specified grade of reinforced cement concrete excluding the cost of centring, shuttering, finishing& reinforcement All work upto plinth level. 1:1.5:3 ( 1 cement : 1.5 course sand : 3 graded stone aggregate 20mm nominal size) Upto plinth level (Including Carriages)

Providing & laying reinforced cement concrete 1:1.5:3 (1 cement : 1.5 coarse sand : 3 graded stone aggregate 20 mm nominal size) in suspended floors, balconies, landings and staircase having upto 150 slope, excluding cost of centering and shuttering, all work upto floor V level (Including Carriages)

Reinforcement for RCC work including strengthening, cutting, bending, placing in position and binding all complete COLD TWISTED BARS (Including Carriages)

Centring and shuttering including strutting propping etc. & removal of form work for

Foundations, footings, bases of columns etc. for mass concrete.
