Providing and laying in position cement concrete of specified grade excluding the cost of centering and shuttering up to plinth level 1:4:8 (one Cement : four coarse sand) : eight graded stone aggregate 40 mm (forty milimetre) nominal size) including carriage of materials in all leads and lifts and as per directions of The Engineer – in – Charge complete.

Random rubble masonry with hard stone in foundation and plinth including levelling up with cement concrete 1:6:12 (one cement : six coarse sand : twelve graded stone aggregate 20 mm (twenty milimetre) nominal size) upto plinth level with Cement mortar 1:6 (one cement : six coarse sand) including carriage of materials in all leads and lifts and as per directions of The Engineer – in – Charge complete.

Providing and laying in position cement concrete of specified grade excluding the cost of centering and shuttering up to plinth level 1:2:4 (one Cement :two coarse sand) : four graded stone aggregate 20 mm (twenty milimetre) nominal size) including carriage of materials in all leads and lifts and as per directions of The Engineer – in – Charge complete.

Structural steel work riveted, bolted or welded in built up sections, trusses and framed work, including cutting, hoisting, fixing in position and applying a priming coat of approved steel primer all complete including carriage of materials in all leads and lifts and as per directions of The Engineer – in – Charge complete.

Providing and fixing G.I. chain link fabric fencing of required width in mesh size 50x50 mm including strengthening with 2 mm dia wire or nuts, bolts and washers as required complete as per the direction of Engineer-in-charge Made of G.I. wire of dia 4 mm including carriage of materials in all leads and lifts and as per directions of The Engineer – in – Charge complete.

15 mm cement plaster on the rough side of single or half brick wall of mix 1:6 (one cement: six fine sand) including carriage of materials in all leads and lifts and as per directions of The Engineer – in – Charge complete.

Applying priming coat With ready mixed pink or Grey primer of approved brand and manufacture on wood work (hard and soft wood) With ready mixed red oxide zinc chromate primer of approved brand and manufacture on steel galvanised iron/ steel works including carriage of materials in all leads and lifts and as per directions of The Engineer – in – Charge complete.

Painting with synthetic enamel paint of approved brand and manufacture to give an even shade Two or more coats on new work including carriage of materials in all leads and lifts and as per directions of The Engineer – in – Charge complete.

Finishing walls with water proofing cement paint of required shade New work (Two or more coats applied @ 3.84 kg/10 sqm) including carriage of materials in all leads and lifts and as per directions of The Engineer – in – Charge complete.
