Demolition and breaking up 150 mm dia bore RCC / salt glazed stone ware drain pipe including PCC packing under haunching against the sides of pipe bed and complete PCC bed and removal of debris to outside MOD land complete all specified and directed.

M&L for Rendering 10 mm thick on fair faces of brick work or concrete surfaces in cement mortat (1:3) finished even and smooth using water proofing compound @ 3% by weight of cement finished even and fair as in sunken floor and wall complete all as specified and directed. Note: Supply only WPC will be measured and paid separetely.

M&L for applying two coats of water proofing coating by using Super Latex manufacured by pidilite industries Ltd or equivalent product manufactured by Sika/ Fosroc/ Choksey mixed in chemical water and cement ratio as per manufacturer's instructions both on floor as well as on walls of sunken complete all as specified and directed.

Supply only water proofing compound conforming to IS-2645 1975 complete all as specified and directed.

M &L for cement concrete type E-2 1:5:10 ( using 40 mm graded crushed stone aggregate) as in mass filling in sunken floor of toilets and similar work complete all as specified and directed.

Material & Labour for Machine pressed precast conctete interlocking paver block any shape and size confirming to IS 15658-2006 of 60 mm thickness, M-35 Grade, without correction factor for chamfering, made in rubber moulds with 0.50 mm thick scratch proof lacquer coating on top surface, with grey cement and pigment complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for sand filling ( 25mm consolidated thickness) under floors or in foundations including watering and consolidation complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for joint free (edge cut) coloured glazed ceramic tiles 7 mm to 8 mm thick (square / rectangular) polished of size 350x 250x 7 mm/ 450X 350X 7mm as in skirting / dado etc laid over and including 10 mm thick backing coat in cement mortar 1:4, set and jointed in neat cement slurry and pointed with coloured cement to match the tiles complete.

M&L for Non skid, joint free (edge cut) coloured ceramic tiles 7 to 8 mm thick (Square / rectangular) polished area of each tile exceeding 0.06 sqm but not exceeding 0.11 sqm as in floors etc laid over and including 15 mm thick screed bed or bedding layer in cement mortar 1:6, set and jointed in neat cement slurry and pointed with coloured cement to match the tiles complete.

Dismantling of granite, marble or kota stone slabs and granite tiles laid, bedded and pointed in any mortar of any description or thickness in floors, aprons cills or platform etc all as specified and directed.

M&L for Granite work not less than 18 to 20mm thick (table rubbed and polished) in steps, jambs, pillars, window cills, cooking platforms and like in cement mortar (1:4) including pointing in coloured cement (1:2) using marble dust with admixture of pigment to match with granite shade, laid over and including 15 mm thick cement screed bed in CM 1:6 complete. all as specified and directed

M&L for 18 to 20 mm thick one piece Marble (Green/brown or Wooden shed ) as in steps,trade or risers of stairs,butt nosing cutting grove 2 Nos at the edge of steps to make antyskid. fixed with need cement slurry, laid over and including 15 mm thick cement screed bed in CM 1:6 complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for rounding to edges of Granite/ Kota stone slabs one edge, such as in steps cooking plateform, and other similar situation.

M&L for Reinforced cement concrete M-30 (20mm graded stone aggregate) (normal mix) in Slabs supported on walls, beams and columns in floors, roofs, landings, balconies, canopies, deck slabs,culverts and in shelves and the like all as specified and directed.

Taking down cement plaster in cement or cement lime mortar on brick or stone walls etc. including raking out joints, hacking for key, scrubbing down with water etc, Including removal of debris outside the MoD land all specified and directed.

M&L for 5 mm thick rendering in cement mortar 1:4 (as second coat), over and including 10 mm thick rendering in cement mortar 1:6 (as first coat) of fair faces of brick work or concrete surfaces of wall, incl mixing only liquid water proofing compound in second layer @ 3% by weight of cement only as per manufacturer’s instructions, finished the surface even & smooth without using extra cement complete all as specified and directed.
