Rewinding of motor of non clog submersible pump set, any capacity with suitable gauge of super enameled copper winding wire including temperature sensor including varnishing, heating, painting with two coats of synthetic enamel spray paint, testing for satisfactory running at site of following capacities:-

MCB tripple pole 63 amps 'C' series as per Legrand cat ref bo 408661 or equivalent in Schneider or Hager as approved.

MCCB four pole 125 amps, 16 KA, thermally adjustable between 70% to 100% as per Legrand cat ref no. 420016 or equivalent in Schneider or Hager as approved.

Labour with tools and machinery for cleaning of sewage sump well draining out sludge/floating particles outside the cantonment area complete all as specified and directed by Engr-in-Charge.

M&L for renewal of PVC braided pipe (House pipe) heavy duty 100 mm bore for suction in sewage line complete all as specified and directed.

Lifting of submersible pump set Make KSB Type KRTUPK-100-260/74 or equivalent size and capacity of any make from well of sewage pump house with the help of chain pulley block from the depth of 10.0 m approx from ground level including opening of flanged joints etc complete all as specified and directed..

Lowering of submersible pump set make KSB type KRTUPK-100-260/74 or equivalent size and capacity of any make with the help of chain pulley block into the well upto the depth of 10 m (approx) including fitting of flanged joints and connecting PVC heavy duty hose pipe with clamp etc after repair to pump set complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for 150mm dia bore ductile iron pressure pipe centrifugally cast (Spun) spigot and socketed end Class K-7 conforming to IS-8329/2000 suitable for push on rubber gasket jointing with inside cement mortar lining and out side zinc and bitumen coated with finished layer of synthetic resin (Blue epoxy) in standard length laid in trenches complete all as specified and directed.

Excavation in trenches not exceeding 1.5 m wide and not exceeding 1.5 m deep in soft/loose soil including forming sides and bottom surface to required levels / slopes / gradients and getting out complete.

Returning, filling in trenches including spreading leveling, watering well, ramming in layers n.exc 25 cm in soft / loose soil complete.

Removing excavated material to a distance n exc 50 m and depositing at a level n exc 1.5 m above starting point complete.

Taking up ductile iron pipe line dia of 150 mm including all fitting with spigot and socket ends and rubber joints complete all as specified and directed.
