Construction of penetration macadam over prepared base by providing a layer of compacted crushed coarse aggregate using chips spreader with alternate applications of bituminous binder and key aggregates and rolling with a three wheel 80-100 KN static roller to achieve the desired degree of compaction as per Technical Specification,2004Clause 506, 50mm(Fifty milimetre ) thick with bitumen V.G-10)(Viscosity grade ten).including carriage of materials, within all leads , lifts and other incidentals as per direction of Engineer-in-charge.The rate includes octori, malkhana, toll tax, Goods Service Tax, building and other construction work, welfare cess royalty or any other tax, levy or cess in respect of input for or output by this contract shall be payable by the contractor and Government shall not entertain any claim whatsoever in this respect of the same.

Providing and applying tack coat using bitumen emulsion conforming to IS:8887, using emulsion pressure distributer including preparing the surface &cleaning with mechanical broom with rapid setting bitumen emulsion (RS-1) on bituminous surface @ 0.25kg/sqm. (Zero point Twenty five kilogramme per squre meter ) including carriage of materials, within all leads lifts and other incidentals as per direction of Engineer-in-charge.The rate includes octori, malkhana, toll tax, Goods Service Tax, building and other construction work, welfare cess royalty or any other tax, levy or cess in respect of input for or output by this contract shall be payable by the contractor and Government shall not entertain any claim whatsoever in this respect of the same.

)Providing and laying Bituminous concrete using crushed stone aggregates of specified grading, premixed with bituminous binder and filler, transportingthe hot mix to work site by tippers, laying with paver finisher equiped with electronic sensor to the required grade, level and alignment and rolling with smooth wheeled, vibratory and tandem rollers to achieve the desired compaction and density as per specification, complete and as per directions of Engineer-in-Charge.30mm(Thirty milimeter) compacted thickness with bitumen of grade VG-30 @ 5.5%( Five Point Five percentage by weight of total mix) and lime filler @ 3% ( Three percentage by weight of Aggregate) prepared in Batch Type Hot Mix Plant of 100-120 TPHcapacity.. including carriage of materials, within all leads , lifts and other incidentals as per direction of Engineer-in-Charge.The rate includes octori, malkhana, toll tax, Goods Service Tax, building and other constrcution work, welfare cess royalty or any other tax, levy or cess in respect of input for or output by this contract shall be payable by the contractor and Government shall not entertain any claim whatsoever in this respect of the same.

Providing and laying of hot applied Thermoplastic compound 2.5mm thick including reflectorising glass beads @ 250 gms. Per Sqm area , thickness of 2.5mm is exclusive of surface applied glass beads as per IRC-35 .The finished surface to be level uniform and free from streaks and holes as per MORTH Specifications including carriage of material with in all leads and lifts and other incidentals as per direction of Engineer-in-Charge..The rates includes octroi, ,Malkana toll tax ,goods and service tax ,building and other construction work, welfare cess royality of any other tax, levy or cess in respect of input for or output by this contract shall be payable by the Contractor and Government shall not entertain any claim whatsoever in this respect of the same.
